There are not enough good words to express my love for Falls Road Vet Hospital. Everyone is so warm and welcoming there from the front desk to the techs in the back. They were so caring when we brought in our last dog Daisy for her end of life. Talking with our daughter and just letting her know it was okay. When we brought in our new puppy Charlie, they were almost as excited as us! I am always greeted with a smile and a huge hello and Charlie gets so much love. I will not be going anyplace else!

As always the staff at Falls Road VH were friendly and caring towards both Gracie and myself. while at the same time being professional and respectful. Wouldn’t consider any other vet in the area.

New practice manager has ruined a once wonderful veterinary practice for us. Recently took my dog for a follow-up sick visit and she was given three additional shots without my informed consent. Called office to see what she had been given: receptionist said practice manager had to return my call; practice manager emailed the next day that she was sick and would call the following day; two more emails and another phone call over the following week and the manager still refuses to call or email me back to inform me what my animal was given. Disgraceful and completely unprofessional. Have a houseful of rescue animals and had been using that local vet since late 90s - sad and disappointing end to a once terrific relationship.

We have been using Falls Road Veterinary Hospital for eleven years. The doctors and staff are extremely personable, knowledgeable, and loving. They welcome us each visit by name, and they adore our dog. We are grateful for their excellent care!

Falls Road Veterinary Hospital is EXTRAORDINARY! I do not live in Maryland. I spent several months in the area, and my elderly Shitzu needed vaccinations. They knew I lived in AZ and would not be a regular customer. Dr. Forbes was concerned about the size of my dog's nipples. I had asked my LA vet and my vet in Seattle about why they were enlarged. Dr. Forbes did not dismiss this condition. Dr. Forbes, who knew she probably wouldn't see my dog again, said this wasn't normal, and she wasn't satisfied not knowing what was happening. She wanted to research what this could be, and then she emailed me with three possible reasons. I am impressed. She truly cared about my dog. The front office team is pleasant, professional, and welcoming. I strongly recommend Falls Road Vet. I would give Dr. Forbes 10 stars if I could.
