Faithful Friends Veterinary Care

Today was our first visit to Faithful Friends Vet and WOW!!!!! Everyone was SO nice. The vet tech saw I was struggling with my big dog as I was checking in and she offered to hold him for me. Dr Dietlin is the sweetest she got right down on the floor with my nervous boy and was just so sweet with him. She answered all my questions and offered great advice. I’m SO happy to have found them. They are affordable and friendly and you can tell they love what they do. I highly recommend them. Thank you for being awesome!

Absolutely amazing care at Faithful Friends Veterinary Care! From the moment I walked in, I felt at ease thanks to the incredibly kind and compassionate staff. The veterinarian, vet techs, and front desk team are all truly exceptional people. They made me feel comfortable every step of the way with Luna Moon’s care, especially during appointments that can often be a bit nerve-wracking. It’s clear they genuinely love what they do and care deeply for every pet that walks through their doors. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-notch veterinary care! Cosmo my pomeranian was nervous but it was awesome place to go. Great prices, very friendly, simple to call...can't ask for a easier vet to go to. And there is a pet store to go to next door to make it all worth it.

We love it here and so happy we made the switch! The office staff is always so nice and attentive. Vet techs are nice and always explain things very thoroughly. The Veterinarian is the sweetest! She truly cares and takes the time to sit down on the floor with our dog and got to know both of them and talk to us. She answered all questions. We got shots and got out very quick. 5 stars!!

The staff here are very nice and friendly, however I called to gather information about required vaccinations to get a male cat neutered here. I was excited to hear they only charge $110.00 to neuter a male 🐈 cat. However, they were not upfront with what else they require to prepare for neutering. In addition to a rabies and distemper, there is a $50.00 office visit on top of the $38.00 & $32.00 vaccine charge. They also forgot to mention my cat would need blood work and a leukemia vaccine. Unfortunately I didn't know all this and once in the appointment also discovered I needed to return 3 weeks later to get the 2 and distemper vaccine. I was going out of town and was not able to return in a timely fashion for the 2nd one. If you are coming here to have your cat neutered ask the receptionist everything you need to get and what all this ends up costing? It reminds me of Booking a Las Vegas hotel on Expedia...the advertised price is not the full cost anymore. They now charge a resort fee separate as well as for parking. I was frustrated because I was not told all the prices up front and ended up not rescheduling an appointment for any of these services. This could have been unintentional but my overall take away is...if I need medical attention for my cat in the future are they going to have hidden costs? Are they going to require tests my cat doesn't even need but touted as being cautious? I would like to return if my cat needs help but this experience stands out as a red flag and broke my ability to trust their policies. Ask all the questions you can think of on the phone so you can avoid stressing your pet out for nothing. I heard the Vet here is very nice but when I requested to see her for a few minutes she didn't even bother. Too bad because I would have been a life long customer since I live just 5 minutes away... I do give the staff 5 🤩 stars...I just was unhappy with the lack of transparency.
