I had an appointment with Leah Kerner, I was late 15 due to traffic also she didn’t have any appointments after me. I called twice and spoke to 2 different people and informed them of my tardiness. I was informed that it would be $20 late fee charge and I ok that’s fine. Taking accountability for my actions of me being late even though it was horrible traffic and I was sitting in it for 15 minute. I get there it’s a line and the other receptionist just sitting there not helping until the older lady (very sweet, believe her name was Kate) told her to help and the new receptionist called me up I told her I was there for my appointment. She called back to Kerner letting her know I was here. She told me to come to room 2. Sat in there for 5/6 minutes waiting patiently, then here come Kerner and no greeting or anything just says “you have to reschedule, I can’t see you if you are 17 minutes late,” however I was there at 5:45 and had to wait until her other receptionist wanted to do her job. Go up there to get my refund of $40 being that this is considered a “missed appointment” which was a charge of $20. The new receptionist was very nasty to Kate as Kate was telling her the steps to get my money back and so on. Kate then tries to help and tries to get Kerner to help me due to her staff saying I was ok with being late they just were going to charge me. Kerner wasn’t hearing it and was very rude about the situation and going to say “ I can’t control the traffic and I can’t control when her 10 days are” and at that point. I knew I did not want to come to this vet ever again! Life happens, I was in traffic and was still compensating you for your time and extra for being late. You never know when you need someone to be patient with you and need help. Be nicer to the owners of the pets!

Stay away! Your pet will not be diagnosed correctly and they could not care less. Dr White is the worst, IMO. Today when I went in to get bloodwork done for my cat, Dr White came out into the waiting room to raise her voice at me and rant about my cat having fleas and flea dander. My cat has several food allergies and recently went through an exacerbation of her allergies. I know from experience that the flea meds no longer work, so I don't bother dumping poison on my pets anymore but use a flea comb. I found a live flea the night before. My cat was in her carrier scratching at the sides and window to get out, while in the waiting room, and the vet says, see, she is chewing herself right now. No she wasn't. What a nut. She then tried telling me Bravecto worked for her pets and she has zero fleas, yet online reviews are full of people who have issues with fleas and the efficacy of this product. This vet seems to have some personality issues and I have avoided her as a vet at this practice because of her lack of concern and seeming desire to make you pay for as many meds as possible. But today was really grossly unprofessional on her part. If you want to talk to the pet owner about a concern, do so with some dignity and discretion. Four cats were not diagnosed correctly here. I had my cat in on Monday for an exam and they missed an ear infection I did not know about. Why? Because they don't bother giving them an exam when you come in. Most of the time they don't even take her temp. One time when I was in the waiting room, a woman came in and her dogs' anal fissure had ruptured in her car on the way home from this vet. Who sends a dog home with an anal fissure that needs draining? Disgusting. I felt sorry for the woman. I can only imagine what people who have left this practice have to say. My four cats? One had a heart murmur, two had lymphoma and the third was dying from FIV. They are happy to take your money though.

I called on on Monday to grab appointment the given me one for the next day at 4 pm needless to say when I get there they canceled the appointment with out notification even tho they said they did when they updated the account the lady couldn’t even give me my new number that I given the lady the day before! Worse ever
