Wonderful first experience! Friendly friendly FRIENDLY staff! Clean place, very organized and I loved how they loved my dog. Most vets just come in and say very little and leave , they come in give pets, explain everything, even breakdown costs for you on everything. My dog loved this lady so much he just wanted to keep going in the back with her. It was so cute! Definitely go here you won’t regret it.

Tried to make an appointment for my dog but was told it would be a $50 dollar deposit just to see someone. I laughed because I've never been charged a fee just to book an appointment at any vet I've ever gone to. When I asked about any other fees I would incur or how much the exam fee even was I was told they couldn't give me that info until I completed my appointment booking and paid. I told them I wasn't paying anything until I was told how much the exam was at least. I was then told someone would call me back with that info which of course never happened. Nice way to treat a potential new customer. I took it as a sign and found another place that was more eager to help me and my dog that has a heart condition and needed to see someone asap which I explained to the person when I called here but all they were worried about was getting their appointment fee. I hate i even wasted my time calling this place.

I used to like this location until recently. My dog has a heart condition and requires medication twice a day. I’ve always gotten my meds for her through chewy because it’s easy and they have great customer service. A few months ago when I placed my order as I usually do, chewy informed me that the vets office declined the order. When I called it went straight to voicemail. Then I got a text requesting payment to receive the prescription. When I finally got a hold of someone they informed me that they changed the policy and now using an outside pharmacy requires a $10 fee because it’s “too much admin work” for the office . I made a comment of that being ridiculous and I should look into finding a new vet. So I paid the fee because my dog needs the medicine. There was no proactive communication on this change of policy. Fast forward to now I needed a refill and when I contacted them to approve they said they closed out my account because they thought I was finding a new vet. And now they only approved half of my prescription after I paid another $10 fee. This is ridiculous. Now I am really finding a new vet. Such a shame. It seems like they are just wanting money and they don’t answer the actual phone and just communicate through text message.

We recently relocated from out of state and were advised to visit this veterinary clinic for our dogs. Overall, our experience at the animal hospital was positive, but the payment process lacked transparency. I was taken aback when our bill totaled $960 for their annual visit, with $460 spent on a single vaccine for both dogs. Had we known the vaccine would be so costly, we would have considered alternative options for protecting our dogs from heartworm disease. The front desk staff was apologetic, but I believe that clearer pricing for vaccinations would greatly improve the experience in the future. Follow up on review: I was able to speak to the owner of the veterinarian clinic; he took the time to reach out directly. I truly felt heard and that he cared about the situation above. I’m grateful for the follow up. I would recommend this clinic because they truly care about the experience of customers.
