Dr Reed and her team are amazing. I was able to quickly get an appointment. They did require a deposit at the time we scheduled, as i expected from other experience with other specialists, it was a portion of the exam fee and was applied to my fees today when we checked out. Smooth check-in process with my forms available online to complete before arriving. The front staff was welcoming and we were quickly roomed by one of the nurses. Reba and Kara were great with my puppy and made sure he stayed stress free and happy the whole visit. Dr Reed was great, she explained in depth what's going on with Gary's eye and we came up with a game plan for monitoring his condition as he grows. I love how detailed she explained everything and zero pressure to try medications or procedures that he doesn't need at this time. Thank you to the entire team for a smooth, stress free visit.

What a great experience with Dr. Reed and her team! From the friendly front desk staff, to the amazing techs who handled my nervous dog expertly, to Dr. Reed herself who did a great job explaining what was going on in terms I could understand it was an amazing experience. I left feeling amazing about the comprehensive eye exam that was done, knowledgeable about eyes, and confident in the treatment plan for my dog. Not to mention much calmer than when I walked in because my questions were answered and concerns from googling before the appointment addressed. I would not hesitate to bring my dog back and would strongly recommend Eyeshine!

I took my little guy here and his first appointment was absolutely amazing. The staff was absolutely wonderful, and put our minds at ease, even keeping my little guy calm. Dr Reed and her assistant, Reba both were fantastic and I am so glad we found this place. I highly recommend to anyone needing a specialist! They were so great in helping me understand what was going on with my dogs eye.

The vet and the staff at Eyeshine are very caring, professional, and care about my dogs condition. Yes I had to take my dog back several times but sometimes that’s what it takes to see if there are any changes in his condition that need to be addressed . And what matters most is how my dog gizmo was treated. More than a patient just like a friend.!!!

I would give a one star but thankfully you have other staff that was friendly enough to answer my questions. The first staff member I spoke with was extremely unprofessional as soon as I reasked a question to better understand the policy. It was clearly an inconvenience to her even stating she has other customers she needed to deal with (Then why did you answer the phone if your so busy?) I was simply trying to get a broad range 20k, 10k, 5k of what I should expect vs paying for the initial appointment and maybe getting told it 30k. After I reasked my question she was extremely defensive and rude speaking over me then just hung up. I suggest one business owner to another she needs more training on customer service or don't have her answer phones. She even stated she was having a great day i would hate to see how she treats customers when she is having a bad day.
