EVS Pet Urgent Care Of Kissimmee

First when I called the representative was very emphatic and eager to assist. He was able to set up an appointment for my fur baby who was suffering from a severe allergic reaction to fresh cut grass. He provided me with directions and informed me they would be waiting to treat my baby Rocco. When I arrived they greeted me and provided a room for Rocco immediately. The veterinarian assistant was also very empathetic to Rocco’s condition. She asked for history on Rocco. Afterwords she brought in Dr. Norway who was able to assess and provide a plan of care for Rocco. I highly recommend Dr. Norway and her team at PetSmart. I would definitely go back if needed. Thank you Dr. Norway and team.

Everyone was very nice a knowledgeable. Glad to find this place as urgent issues always come up with a pet after clinic hours. They took care of my mom’s dog and her ear infection and they were quick to get us on and out considering this is a clinic and things take time. Would bring my own pets. Some staff speak Spanish as well. Be aware this is an urgent care, so similar to a human urgent care, general primary care, prevention medicines are not going to be available here. And they can stabilize pets for major events, but if it requires a major surgery, hospital admission, etc, you will be referred to an emergency Vet. That is my understanding. The company is welcome to correct me of course on my review. Regardless they have a customer and patient in the future. Thank you very much guys.

I had to take my dog to the emergency vet because his two back feet were swollen. One foot was really big, inflammed, and swollen. This was the only place i could find to take my dog to and the veterinarians seemed well educated. It's a little pricy but im happy i could help my pup. So thankyou for helping my pup. This is what his paw looked like before and it has gotten much better. His paws are still swollen but not as bad as it was yesterday.

Little to no wait, specially since we went on the 31st of December. Dr and nurse very caring and informative with the options available for the immediate care of my senior dog. Quickly fixed a clerical error and we were on our way out with medication in hand within the hour. Thank you!

I’ve had to bring two kittens here on separate occasions. The staff is always helpful and informative, and you can check in on their app. They get the pets in quick and get started. Everyone I’ve seen there cares about animals and is so good with them. Anytime I’ve had to get medication they have it there. Decently priced for the services provided. Will always come here if our typical vet is closed.
