All I can say is, WOW. It's hard to find dedicated vets for exotic small animals. This team has gone above and beyond expectations. I have taken in my hamster twice for medical issues and every time, they have treated my hamster with respect and compassion. They even reached out via text to check on my hamsters well-being! I took my dying ham in just the week and they took her in immediately, they truly care about their patients and the owners. I would recommend this vet hospital to any pet owner, but especially exotics because they are so hard to find.

I recently had to bring my clients pet to the emergency vet, and while it was a stressful experience, Ebony made all the difference. From the moment we arrived, she was welcoming, compassionate, and truly caring. Her dedication and care for both the animals and their owners were clear, and I’m so grateful for her presence. I got home from work yesterday to find my beloved old dog having an allergic reaction. Living in Evergreen, everything closes early, so I was anxious to make what seemed like the longest drive ever. They got me started over the phone, immediately started taking care of my dog when we got there and even let me wait with my other dog who stowed away on the ride down. I was surprised how affordable the bill was and relieved that it's not the kind of emergency debt that haunts you. The vet seemed to be working so hard but still took the time to explain everything, monitor my dog and even to my surprise, thanked me for my kindness and offered me water for my ride back to Evergreen. You could tell that they really care about their animal and human clients. Lastly, I just really enjoyed that the vet had personality and allowed her authenticity to be alive. My dog is getting better and we will be back if ever there's another emergency.

Runis/Tunas mom here. I have to say as heartbreaking as the diagnosis and outcome of my baby's cancer battle, I havw to say Dr Sam Hocker, and his tech Kayla went above and freaking beyond. Worked with us with weird scheduling, and us going out of town having friends bring him in for continued care. They made sure that my baby didn't die alone. For everything they have done, I cannot thank them enough! - only crap thing we did deal with was the asshole pharmacy chick with dreadlocks rude af and yelled at me when I asked for smaller needles for the subqu meds I had to give my cat. Gave me 20g needle and told me to suck it up, and that I will need to pay for needles when I return. - the onco department delt with that for me!

I know it’s a little silly to cry for a cold blooded creature… but that snake was in the family for 14 years… and though we had to let her go yesterday, these folks did everything to make that decision manageable. Thank you for being kind and thank you for giving us options of care. Zasper looked more at peace in your care than she could have felt at home in those last days. I recommend these experts. They are real, kind, and knowledgeable.
