I need to tell my experience that happened with my dog and myself for you to fully understand and appreciate how far and above and beyond EVE Pet Hospital went to help me and my precious Luna. I live in Casa Grande and my dog and I were on our way to Prescott Valley to visit my daughter the day before Thanksgiving. The traffic was horrendous on the I-10. I didn’t even make it outside of Casa Grande before traffic came to a halt. I had to hit my breaks but not very hard, but it was hard enough that Luna hit the back of my seat. All of a sudden she just started shrieking in pain and I couldn’t even get off the highway because everyone was so locked in and there were no exits available, plus police cars were flying down both sides of the shoulder due to accidents. It was horrible! When I finally got to where I could get off the highway and check my poor puppy, I realized it was very bad and knew I had to find an emergency vet. The closest to me was Veterinary Emergency Group (VEG), so they did everything they could to get Luna comfortable, but when I saw the x-ray of her right hind quarter I nearly hit the floor. Her right femur was completely shattered. They said that there was no way to save her leg. How could an exciting day turn so bad? I have always traveled with my dogs for many years so I was completely numb by this sudden freak accident. I still don’t know exactly what happened, but there was the thought that she got her leg caught between the back seats or possibly got hung up under the seat somehow. Veterinary Emergency Group recommended that I take Luna to the EVE Pet Hospital because they were better able to take Luna right away and get the amputation done immediately. Dr. Robinson was able to make my Luna a priority and did the surgery during the night, Thanksgiving Day. The doctor and her staff took amazing care of my Luna. Luna was such a trooper during the whole ordeal and everyone had so much empathy and compassion for her and myself. I could have gone to my primary vet in Casa Grande for all of Luna’s follow up appointments but I continued to go back to EVE Pet Hospital for all her visits. EVE Pet Hospital is definitely my Go To Place for my furry family. I highly recommend them to anyone that wants the best care for their animals. As a personal recommendation I would strongly suggest that when you take your furry family on any road trips, make sure they are secure and protected so they stay safe, and go to EVE Pet Hospital for all your pet needs. You will be glad you did.

Incredible emergency vet! My poor boy was projectile vomiting late at night and was not acting like himself at all. Not only were they incredibly friendly and compassionate but they saw him right away and kept me updated on his care the whole time. They even sent pictures because he had to stay overnight! I am so thankful for them taking such great care of my Leo ❤️

Amazing people who truly care about the work they do. EVE hospital is a place we were fortunate to find under unfortunate circumstances. After a difficult decision of putting of beloved Kayla girl to rest after 17 years, it was a very emotional time for us. Luckily EVE hospital were so kind, respectful and compassionate throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend them to anyone with a furry companion they consider family ♡ They were so sweet to even send a handwritten card to us. Thank you so much for the care you provided to our girl at the end of her journey. It really meant so much to us. 10/10 care and wonderful staff.

We bring our pets here whenever something is wrong! We have two pugs that we brought in two separate times and both times the service was great! They took care of our pugs and allowed us to have peace of mind. Every time we come to EVE’s pet hospital we know our little fur babies will be perfectly fine! Also they are also partners with AquaCrossings which is a bonus! We love that company!
