If I could give zero stars, I would. I took over of my dogs here years ago. They said that my dog was aggressive, so the "Dr" gave my dog a "sedative" before giving him his vaccinations. He said that it would wear off in about 45 mins and that he would be fine. My dog was SO out off it that he could not walk, sit up, or do anything for 7 HOURS!!! I honestly though that he was going to DIE! I was so frantic and extremely worried!! I honestly felt like this Dr was either grossly incompetent, or he tried to purposely harm my dog. Haven't been there since!!!

I've taken my pets here for years and I've had nothing but positive experiences. They're reasonably priced and they really do care about your pets. I've always found the staff to be very nice. I even received a very nice letter from them after my 14 y/o cat had to be put down due to cancer. The current vet was Dr. Stearns' surgeon for years and I have no hesitation in bringing my pets here for veterinary care.
Apr 28, 2020 · R Frances PizarroDo not take your pet here if you want competent veterinary care! Rescued a 5-week-old kitten on the side of the freeway and made a vet appointment at another vet. However, it was the weekend and she was really sick so we decided to come here because of the walk-in option. I will say that they were very nice and personable. That counts for a lot in my book. They began treating her and it became painfully obvious that the Doctor was not quite "on his game." I'm all for age and experience, however if you can no longer do an effective job then it's not helping the patient. He went to give an injection and it was obvious he could not see - he squirted the medicine into her fur and the needle wasn't even in the skin. I had to point this out so he gave the injection again properly. There were a couple other things that happened as well - knocking things over and spilling them, picking up the incorrect bottle of medicine by mistake...Thankfully his assistant caught those mistakes. I was happy to get out of there, until they started calculating the bill - $25 for this drop of ointment, $40 for a shot of saline for dehydration, etc etc. Ended up being over $200 for a 15 minute visit. I felt like they were just running up the tab. The desk clerk was unfriendly, and I've tried to call a few time since and they do not answer the phone. On top of all that, they did not give any drops to take home for the eye infection and so it came back. I realize now that I should have been given something to administer to her daily for a week or two. Now I have to go to a different vet to have her treated again because it is much worse. Nice people, but not a good clinic. There are plenty of other great vets around who you can have confidence taking your pet to.

Even adopted one of the cats there that people drop off. I don't get the negative reviews. These folks were nothing but kind and attentive, and super quick service. Would absolutely go there again!
Sep 11, 2019 · ShaeyjosanTook our rescue on a Saturday for shots and office visit because we were told they we reasonable. they didn't have the feline leukemia vaccine she needed in stock, the said it would be in on the following Wednesday and come in some day that week to give it to her and only charge for the shot, not another Office visit. Well I came in Friday that week(25 minute drive) and it turns out they didn't even order it! You figure the would at least have a post it note next to phone to remind them. Im waiting over two hours in the clinic so far. Will not be coming back after this
