I mean this in no small manner. Dr.Nicole and her team gave my dogs life back. To make this short (because this could be a novel) my dog has had chronic GI issues for a long time and I have been doing EVERYTHING in my power to fix it, and I really mean everything (iv'e been kinda neurotic actually). Anyway, after switching vets to this office I feel like I immediately started gaining a lot of traction. Every time I come in I am given the time I need, I am given a plan. I am never given anything unnecessary. All my questions and requests are taken seriously and they are willing to work with my goals the way we all see fit. When I come in with some information or ideas I sourced myself, Dr.Nicole will do the research and due-diligence to determine what is best instead of exclusively leaning on what is common practice. I have had more results in far less appointments here than at any other vet. I am so serious when I say I think she has given my dog his life back, he has so much more energy and happiness and is HEALING. She not just treating him.. we are HEALING HIM. The years I now get to have with him are thanks to all the people here working together and I can't say thank you all enough. I'd also like to say I really appreciate how they handle their schedule, they seem to leave a few openings on the books most days to fit in folks (like us) who can't typically predict when we will need to be seen. I know the vet industry as a whole is overwhelmed with the demand so it's not uncommon at other places to have to wait weeks or more to see someone, and a lot of offices keep it this way because it's more profitable.. Erie Animal Hospital cares more for patients than just the max profit possible. Rare these days.. and so appreciated!

Erie Hospital and Dr. Seggerman make us feel so secure and relaxed whenever we bring our dogs in for their office visits. This is the first vet we have used that all our animals are happy to jump in the car and go visit. No trauma about shots and exams. . We feel like this is the place we will be going to for a very long time. Thank you for loving our animals as much as we do!

I’m thankful for Dr. Seggerman, who helped us out when my puppy swallowed a sock. She helped me call around to get the best price for surgery, talked me through options, and referred me to a place I could afford. It was just the help I needed during a stressful situation. Fortunately my dog pooped out the sock in the morning and all was well. Thank you, Dr. S.

Dr. Nicole and her staff helped our Siamese cat Sushi cross the rainbow bridge today and her and the entire staff were so very very kind and caring. They were all teary eyed when I arrived. Sushi declined super fast but had clearly won their hearts over the past several days while they were trying to get her well. I am so very grateful to this office during such a heartbreaking day.
