Epic Specialty & Emergency Pet Care

Recently, our new puppy was being a puppy and ate something that she shouldn’t have. We ended up at Epic for care. Luckily we didn’t have to have surgical intervention. Dr. Meeks monitored her and was so amazing! We also met Dr. Curry who would have done the surgery if needed. He took the time to talk with us and explain things - very much appreciated! Thank you all for the amazing care. And thank you Amanda for everything as well! Highly recommend.

wow - we are so lucky to have these amazing folks in St Pete. We had an emergency with our new rescue - Capri. it's clear that all the employees there care deeply for both pet and owner. Their new facility is simply huge,clean and amazing with anything needed to diagnose and care with a crazy amount of the latest equipment - seemed like they are ready for any type of specialty care. By the end of the day, we had such a peace of mind that we were so cared for during a hard time for us - i think it's called love and the angels that work at this place are pretty special people. They are St Pete.

A clean, modern facility with experienced care and exceptional staff! I couldn’t be happier with the treatment my pet received from Byron and Dr. Curry. Their expertise is matched by their genuine love for animals which is exactly what every pet owner hopes for. Even after we left, their team continued to be attentive, ensuring my dog and I had everything we needed for his surgery recovery. 🫶

I am so excited to have had EPIC open up close to my home. The staff I’ve met so far have been not only efficient with treatments for my pup, but also very personable with me. Having that close relationship with the doctors and technicians taking care of my baby is so important to me. Buddy gives EPIC 5 stars for all of the yummy snacks he gets to eat when we come in. Dr. Siu is truly one of a kind and I cannot recommend him enough! I could tell how much he cares during our first appointment with him. Dr. Siu asked so many questions about my dog, and was truly interested in helping her. I did not feel rushed as I have at other vet offices, I felt like I could sit there and talk to him for hours if needed because he cares that much. My dog is a very complex case with an extensive medical history and that’s why I needed to see an internal medicine specialist. I’m so happy that I chose to see Dr. Siu because he is the most knowledgeable veterinarian that I’ve encountered and I’ve encountered many. The ultrasound that he did revealed abnormalities that other veterinarians have missed and we are getting closer to a diagnosis for my girl. We still have to do a few more tests, but I’m confident in Dr. Siu’s ability and know that he will figure out what’s wrong soon enough. Epic and us pet parents are lucky to have Dr. Siu!
