Great staff, the Vet ophthalmologist is very kind and knowledgeable. Our experience has been great so far! They have a great team! Post surgery. He may be a little ugly but at least he can see now 😂

I wish I could give this place 100 stars! After a terrible experience and a failed procedure with Dr. Rainbow in Katy, we brought our 5 year old labrador to see Dr. Griggs at Envision More. While we were meeting with her, our labrador’s eye ruptured and Dr Griggs and her staff took quick action to minimize her pain. Dr. Griggs thoroughly explained what happened and she recommended emergency surgery, which she successfully performed same-day. After surgery, Dr Griggs and her vet tech talked with us thoroughly about post-surgical care, restrictions, and medications. Her bedside manner, calm demeanor, and thorough explanation pre-surgery and how to manage our dog post-surgery made us feel at ease. The following morning, her staff called me even before her office opened to check on our dog. I also sent a few pictures the following day, and was able to take my dog in on day 3 for a sense check that everything was healing as planned. We could not be happier with the care that we and our dog received from Dr Griggs and her team. She is hands down one of the best vets we have ever seen! Do yourself a favor and go see her if you are ever in need of a Vet Ophthalmologist!

Held off a bit on writing a review to monitor my boy a few months after surgery. After terrible service from the desk at our former vet, Old Town Animal Hospital, we were told to go to Dr. Rainbow. Did not trust their recommendation and looked into reviews of Dr. Rainbow, which cannot believe still practicing with how terrible they are! We found Envision and Dr. Griggs through our own searching. It was night-and-day with the service. I blamed myself a lot about the loss of Coco's eye due to a stubborn ulcer and the lack of support from the vet office. Dr. Griggs and her team showed the professionalism and empathy we needed during the hard news. She made sure we were comfortable with the option of enucleation and how this option would be the least stressful for our old dog. Dr. Griggs and her team kept in touch throughout Coco's healing journey and was very responsive to any questions/concerns we had. Coco is doing so well! He hasn't lost the pep in his step. Coco has always been lively for his age (14 yo) and I was worried he'd be more anxious after losing his eye. With our new vet, he's thriving. He doesn't like people on his left side since he can't see, but all is well.

I went to envision more after a terrible experience with Dr. Rainbow in Katy. At envision more everybody from the staff to Dr Griggs are fabulous, kind, caring and accommodating. I can’t recommend them enough. Love them
