The team at Emergency Veterinary & Specialty Services of Roanoke did a wonderful job caring for my dog. She had a seizure in the car around 9:00 p.m., and they were so kind and caring when I called, stressed and frantic, shortly thereafter. They saw her just two or three hours later that same night, even while dealing with several other emergencies re: other pets. On top of that, they were super thorough in assessing her and recommending next steps for our regular veterinarian. I cannot say enough good things about the doctors and staff here and while I hope my dog won't have another emergency, I am thankful to have such a fantastic team nearby and wouldn't hesitate to choose them again, should anything come up. Thank you so much!

We brought our dog Rudy here on Labor Day for internal issues. They were able to care for him (hospitalized) and schedule an ultrasound fairly quickly to determine the cause of his issues. We are appreciative of the care he received while there. Dr Wilkinson and Dr Roberts were the providers we worked with directly (though there were others I'm sure). Anyway from the front desk, vet techs and the doctors themselves; all were caring and helpful. Thanks.

We were traveling for Christmas and Tala was really in distress wouldn’t eat wouldn’t drink and we found emergency veterinary and specialty services of Roanoke when we arrived there it wasn’t too long before she was in a room they diagnosed what the problem was and gutter back to where she was not dehydrated and feeling bad anymore she was OK to travel the rest of the way home in three days later today she has made a full recovery a big thank you to all the staff for taking such good care of Tala that day and saved her the staff there is amazing caring and knowledgeable people I recommend these people here for any type of emergency anyone would ever have with their pets I cannot say enough of these wonderful people

We brought our elderly cat in with constipation concerns and were ultimately told she was at end of life. The doctor was compassionate, caring, and kind, without pushing anything. I believe her name was Dr Smith. The compassion of the vet team was absolutely outstanding.

Absolutely thankful and grateful for the services of Emergency Veterinary!! On Christmas Day my boy Rufus was looked after . He is back to normal and happy as ever thanks to the efforts of this wonderful team . We are forever grateful and will always remember and recommend others use this location when is need of immediate help and assistance.
