My 10 month old kitty Pumpkin nibbled on a naproxen pill which can be deadly. I rushed her to ER at this location and they were absolutely WONDERFUL. They got to us so fast and put a plan into action. They also have a texting line that provides you a way to directly communicate with the nurses. They sent me videos, photos, and updates on her condition. The vets also call you every 12 hours to give you specifics. I was honestly stunned. They also made me aware of the expense but said they would try to get me the biggest refund possible which they DID! I highly recommend taking your fur baby to this office if you are in need!

This was our third time to need the services of Emergency Pet Care of Texas Magnolia. Each and every time their professionalism, dedication, empathy and services have been above reproach. Everyone that works there takes an interest in you and your fur baby. They realize these are family members This time. It was a serious mass that had grown onto our female German Shepherd. They took care of her, treated her as their own, and stayed with us every step of the way through obtaining a board certified surgeon offering up by operating room and everything in between I cannot recommend them any higher. They are the best.

I cannot say enough positive things about EPCT. Our sweet pup started having seizures and we were terrified. They handled everything quickly and efficiently. They worked on her for a long time until she was finally stable and kept us in the loop every step of the way. Dr Paradowski was an extremely thorough and compassionate Vet and we are eternally thankful for her. Dr Heineman took care of her overnight and spent a long time with us on the phone making sure we were informed and understood everything. The night nurse we spoke to on the phone was an absolute angel and gave us so much peace of mind while our girl was too sick to come home and be with us. The receptionist took great care of us with so much kindness and even gave us helpful care tips before we brought our girl home. Every staff member we met exceeded all our expectations. This place is top notch and has a very high standard of care. Ultimately, because of EPCT, we were able to bring our girl home for a couple more days so she could rest comfortably and spend her last moments on earth with us peacefully in the comfort of her home. We hope to not need your services again but if we do, I rest assured knowing we will be taken care of to the highest standard here. Thank you so much Emergency Pet Care of Texas!

Great experience! Staff was super friendly and helpful. Wait time was minimal and my pup always has major stress anywhere I take him but he was surprisingly very calm. Although at the end we did not need any assistance (my dog got a bone stuck on his jaw and then miraculously was able to take it off on his own) everyone was friendly and thankfully understood and just had a quick check up but no large bill. 100% would recommend if needed.

The worst veterinary clinic I’ve ever been to in my life. Last week, I took my 8-year-old dog, who was suffering from diarrhea, to the emergency room in the middle of the night because it was the closest clinic to my house. They saw my dog was in bad shape and took a long time to assess him. When the doctor on call finally examined him, it took over 20 minutes to give me an answer. Meanwhile, time kept passing. When she finally spoke to me, she simply said, “Here’s the situation: either you spend $3,000, or we give him an injection to put him down.” That was it. She saw my dog was dehydrated and did absolutely nothing. When I said I didn’t have $3,000 at that moment, she handed me my dog back, and I had to drive more than 20 minutes to the nearest clinic. What happened? He couldn’t make it and passed away. All of this because I wasted my time in this awful clinic. My little dog wasn’t treated the way he should have been. If you’re reading this and want advice, NEVER go to this clinic. They don’t care about saving your dog’s life—they care about making money. Unfortunately, I didn’t record the doctor’s name, but she had black hair and was extremely rude. I hope this clinic eventually pays for what they did. I lost the most precious thing in my life because of the incompetence of this woman who calls herself a doctor.
