Elyson Animal Hospital

Elyson Animal hospital is absolutely amazing! We took our little Teddy for his first appointment; the office staff were so kind and very professional. We were able to get him seen same day with ease. Dr. Bethany Smith amazing very knowledgeable, caring and so gentle. She has a lot of patience she answered all of my husband & I questions and trust we had a lot lol. There were no hidden fees we knew exactly what we paid for and even got reimbursed from our pet insurance quickly! I highly recommend 10/10.

I may have left a review in the past but I have to update and add another one. My family lives in Elyson next to this vet hospital. We take four of our fur babies to them for several years now. The The doctor is absolutely amazing she. She loves on our pets and speaks directly to them and they love it. The cheese treats are so cool for them. Today I was reminded of why we go to them. I had the pleasure. Of calling in and speaking to Trish. Trish has the Most wonderful and confident soothing Conversational tone I have ever heard in my entire life. Her kindness and patience come across the line like a beam of sunshine. I work at A pediatric dentist office as front desk.Check in. I strive to be like trish is on the phone with our patient parents.. Her professionalism and kindness reflect not only on the business but the doctors as well. Showing that great, compassionate service starts from the Doctors and is extended to the rest of the staff.. I will never go elsewhere. Just like adults have general practitioners for life are for babies have their vet for life..

I have been coming to this place for a few years with my fur babies. I really like that they answer questions over the phone , the vet calls back and when you visit the office they are all so kind and attentive. Dr. Smith is a very nice person, easy to talk with who takes the time to listen and advice. She really does care about our pets. Great place to bring your pets!

Wonderful staff. I love that they always bring me and my dog to a room immediately so we don't have any encounters with other pets. They are also quick at taking care of my pup! Think I've only spent 30 minutes for any single appointment.

Saturday 9/2 was our first visit and it went great. My Baby was calm and relaxed. Something that is rare of her because she usually gets so nervous. I am so happy I chose Elyson as our new vet. Dr. Bethany did a fantastic job checking Chloe and she made both of us feel welcome and in good hands. I really liked how they have calm music playing in the background as this definitely helps with anxiety in pets. I was so happy that my fur baby liked this place and did a good job in being well behaved and didn’t freak out. I also really liked the room we were in it had a window view and Chloe liked it too . Thank You Dr. Bethany and staff :)
