Awesome place! Totally worth it, actually a steal. The staff are so nice, that's why I drive 35 minutes just to go there.

Being new to the area it is always nerve-wracking to find a new vet, but we have been so pleased with Elkridge Animal Hospital. They are friendly, take great care of our fur baby, and have fair, transparent pricing.

Accidentally fed my dog the morning of his dental surgery and needed to reschedule. I apologized but was told the doctor would no longer do his surgery. Compared to other vets I also now realize they are way overpriced. The doctor is obviously in it for $$$, and really has no genuine care about the animals.

I have spent THOUSANDS upon THOUSANDS of dollars at this vet and Dr. Verma has taken care of my pup for 10 years- but no more... This 1 star review is for Heather and whoever is managing this vet's front desk because after 10 years of going to this vet, never missing an appointment and always paying the bill straight out no questions asked - now they don't trust me to show up and want to start charging me $100 deposit for his echocardiograms just because the traveling Cardiologist decided to start requesting it from Elkridge Animal Hospital? They want to push that burden onto the client? No, that's for Elkridge Animal Hospital to front if that's the traveling cardiologist company they want to outsource. That extra burden on the patient who drives all the way from PA to use your vet services makes more sense for your client relations? Business must be great since you made it very clear today that our 10 year business relationship to you is worth losing over just $100. I'd wish you all luck, but it sounds like you don't need it, so just take care; And Dr. Verma- thank you very much for the care you gave my pup I asked the front desk if I could speak to you about this, but was blocked by your front desk. I hope you understand I need to bring my pup somewhere that trusts that I pay my bills, I give my dog the best care, and I do NOT deserve to be spoken to by your front desk like I'm a broke idiot who's a risk of missing serious appointments and will "cause so much work [for Heather] to sue me for $100 if I dont show up." I've given you all absolutely ZERO reason to believe that about me and it's unfortunate how shortsighted your staff proved to be in one simple phone call to schedule an appointment. Also the female vet there whatever her name is- shes incredibly condescending and needs a reality check on the way she talks to people. And fix your nasty dog pottying area- you know everyone needs to let their dog potty before coming in and you expect them to do their business on rocks? Plus all the broken glass in the parking lot because it's next to a trashy motel. If your pet didn't need the vet before you came, it might after 🤯
