We brought our high energy, sweet but medically fearful dog here for the first time hoping for a less stressful experience as yearly vaccines were due. Our experience was beyond any expectations. Everyone was so thoughtful and kind. Honestly from the first time we called and got information about appointments to the day of, each team member was welcoming and understanding. The atmosphere is very calming, does not feel clinical when you walk in. They are very accommodating and flexible, and truly fear free in their approach. Dr. Anderson was wonderful, and took the extra time to ensure no pain with vaccines. By the end, our dog wanted to stay rather than leave which was a funny ending that would never happen at the prior vet. We are so relieved that we found this clinic! And to comment on other reviews regarding pricing, visits and vaccine costs were the same as our previously clinic. Thank you to everyone at Edinburgh Pets 😊

I have been bringing my pets to Edinburgh Pet Health Center since 1995. They have always received the very best care. They even stayed open late one night when one of my pups was in crisis. When we adopted our Enzo he was not used to people but they went out of their way to make him be the last appointment of the day and they spoke softly and calmly and put him at ease. They also deal so well with our apprehensive Marty. I recommend Edinburgh with great enthusiasm.

This clinic is wonderful! They took so many steps to help make my nervous kitty feel comfortable during his visit, including the use of cat-specific waiting rooms and exam rooms, cat trees, Feliway spray and diffusers, and lots of positive reinforcement with treats! Dr. Stephanie Anderson was gentle and handled him with great care. The support team was friendly and very skilled!

The people here are amazing! They truly are the most caring, compassionate, and considerate pet healthcare workers I have ever worked with. That has been of the utmost importance for me and my reactive dog. They take every possible step to ensure he has the safest and most fear-free experience possible. I couldn't be happier with the care my dogs receive here.

If you are wondering where your fur babies will get great care- this is the place! The staff is exceptional! From the moment you walk in the door until you leave. You find a clean and organized clinic, including treats to fresh water. Dr Anderson and staff have the kindest and gentlest approach. Highly recommend. Daisy and Lucy say thank you for the great care.
