The Murfreesboro, TN location closed with no notice to its customers, leaving many of us in limbo for pending medication refills and they are STILL CHARGING for the wellness plan! No one will answer the phone, no one will respond to emails and there is no corporate number or other contact information to get this resolved! All I get from other locations is the runaround. This is much more than just closing up and stealing our money, we are now having to go to other vets to get medications. This means that we have to pay for lab work and wait for the same diagnoses and pay for more office visits. This is absolutely insane and just plain bad business. No accountability anywhere. I understand that sometimes businesses do not work out and they close. I also understand that this location may have been a franchise, but EasyVet corporate should step in and make things right.
