My experience here was awful, and I will not be returning to this location ever again. Maybe it was because I got unfortunate luck to receive a poor vet, but truthfully that one man made me never wish to return. I came in on a Saturday morning for my older cat for a general check-up, though I had a lot of questions about my cat's health, and was hoping to get clear answers IF another appointment was potentially needed. But that did NOT go as planned, considering each answer I got was as unhelpful as the next. I asked “Why does my cat all of a sudden have crust in only one of his eyes? Is there anything I can do to prevent it?” “It just happens, just get rid of it” Then I asked “My cat has longer fur, I've been seeing dandruff fluctuate, and I've additionally heard cats that weigh more have a harder time properly grooming themselves. Is there any amount of times I should be bathing my cat?” “No” I ALSO asked “Considering my cat weighs this much, can you tell me how many calories he should eat? Any good brands of food recommended? Is hard food better than dry food?” I didn't get a single answer for any of these besides the last one, where I was told both dry and wet food are the same. I was sort of hoping to get an answer that would correlate to the condition specifically. Maybe it was on me for asking too many questions, but I somewhat assumed considering this is supposedly a verified service, and I was paying for the appointment, that I’d get at least some type of useful answer. Because my main question was that “My cat has been eating too quickly, and throwing up due to that. Is there a good solution? And with this one, I did get a bit of an explanation as to why, but the solutions were genuinely so unhelpful. The first thing I was told was to “feed him an unlimited amount for a day to see how much he's eating.” Of which, I can see how that COULD help, but my issue is that he's eating too much and too fast, I don't want to immediately enable that exact behavior. Another thing I was told was to feed my cat from a platform. I told him that I have been, but this was completely disregarded. Out of all of these questions, the only thing I left with was a piece of paper that said “Feed from platform.” and not a single other piece of advice. Another VERY important thing I wanted to note though was that the vet seemed… creepy to say the least. I came in with my younger sister, she looks to obviously be in elementary. And yet, the vet made it a point to joke about giving her a shot (she had a small cough at the time), and multiple times at that. He also not only told me I seem a lot younger than I look (i get this often, this isn't odd) but my SISTER once again he mentioned, saying “And you must be a lot older than you look.” I don't know what he was trying to say here, and I'm not directly saying THIS was the odd part, I just wonder why he kept trying so hard with a little girl who had nothing to do with the appointment? The comment that really did tip me over the edge though was the fact he openly asked her if she had a boyfriend yet, of which I IMMEDIATELY told him she is TOO young, and no she did not. It was obvious I was uncomfortable with this, and even more so that my sister is too young to even really understand what exactly that is, and yet he laughed disregarding our reactions. Additionally, other things I simply didn't like One, the vet was in what I believe far too rough with my cat, pulling his scruff so carelessly he was drooling on the floor. This occurred twice. Two, this one I cant entirely be upset about, but something else that I thought was worth mentioning is that within the remaining about 5 minute of my cats appointment, the vet continued to refer to him as a “her” out of nowhere, and continuously? I did correct the vet quite a few times, but my cat never got properly referred to in the end. And I had a third, but I'm exceeding the text limit, so the conclusion is that In the end, I paid the little $48 for this disappointing visit, and I will be sure not to return here again.

Great clinic. I always have a good experience there with my cat, and the doctor is knowledgeable and experienced. Can highly recommend.

Took my sick cat in today mom went back for receipt and he forgot her within 30 mins and reason we took cat was because he wasn't eating and less energetic my cat is somewhat old about 13-14 years old he does check up and blood drawn says cats backed up so he says we will do persigure to help clear up blocked does Cathater and we go to pick up the cat he says he was response after procedures but he left for min and came back and cat didn't make it within 3-4 hours I left him and now my baby is dead would not recommend like I feel like the dr should retire because I felt no sympathy more less he wanted to get payed.... (more information 2 weeks later calls ask how my cat is doing don't even remember that it died)

This was a very good visit. I got my cat's nails cut for $14 and they cut her nails while I drove back home for my wallet that I forgot.

Stunningly inept. Started out loving the place, took the disorganization as quaint. Took all our pets there (2 dogs, 2 cats). The doctor is an older guy and very opinionated in treatment, but we trusted him. Our dog went in for a standard procedure and while applying anesthesia and while the doctor was on the phone with my wife our dog passed. Why was he on the phone? He had forgotten to talk to us about the lump on her belly (which was exactly why we brought her into them in the first place - she had a lump and so the doctor wanted to spay her to reduce risk of uterine infection). We were devasted and at first figured it was bad luck, but now I am convinced it was ineptitude. He gave her to much or the wrong mix for her breed by mistake. They were not that apologetic. Then, we continued to get reminders that our dead dog needed shots, repeatedly, even after pointing the error out to them. We never got a condolences card from them. Now, over a year later we got the condolences card (pictured). It's like they have no idea what they are doing and they just ran across the file that said our dog died at some point so they blindly fired out a card. Please research a good vet for your animals so you don't have an experience like this. I do not trust this place at all.
