I took my dog to this vet religiously (Because I was an over paranoid pet owner), They constantly up sold us on anything they could, but I did not mind, because I had pet insurance and I thought that meant she would be healthy… boy was I wrong… Despite our concerns over her symptoms, Her kidney failure went unnoticed until she had less than a week to live. Then when I posted a negative review on Facebook, THEY CALLED AND THREATENED TO SUE US! I did not want any other unsuspecting pet owner to go through what me and my fiancé did , so I didn’t back down. I left the post up. And that’s why you can’t see the reviews on the fbook page anymore. Guess they had to make the reviews private so they wouldn’t lose as much business… and to eastpoint… come at me again or deny my claims and I’ll post the screenshots!

Dr. Tooke charged us 300 dollars and told us to take our cat to the emergency clinic took our cat to another vet and they were able to diagnose him with a UTI. I don’t know what kind of vet can’t figure out what a UTI is

We’ve been here a couple years and have always received competent and compassionate care for our dogs. It is considerably more expensive than our country vet that we used to go to but I think they are all that way in town.

I am so thankful for the compassion and exceptional treatment we recieved from this wonderful office. We were worked in through the day and the visit was thorough and helpful. Lastly they were even very kind about the billing as I had already been to an emergency room the day before. Thank you so very much!

Dr. Tooke and his staff are awesome! We have trusted them with all of our furbabies for almost 20 years. They are all very competent, friendly and caring. I believe they go above and beyond. I have recommended several family and friends who feel the same as I do.
