Dr. Graham was so very knowledgeable. She asked excellent questions that helped me to describe the issues my puppy was experiencing. Her thorough, hands on exam left me confident that if there were any issues, she would have found them. Her honest opinion of how to proceed gave me great comfort. In this instance she felt more extensive (and expensive!) testing was not warranted. This experience will help in decision making about my pet’s care in the future. If Dr. Graham recommends a test or treatment in the future, I will be more willing to follow her advice, knowing she is recommending what is needed versus what will make the practice more money. All around excellent experience.

Very good place for your pet to be taken care of. They really love the pets and try to make them and there owners feel comfortable.We also has great Doctors and nurses. And were always available 24 hours. They made my sweet boy feel better. and. Took care of his health issue. Highly Recommend. Dr. Gibson and her stuff they were Wonderful.❤️

We had an extremely positive experience at this animal hospital. We had traveled quite a distance to see their neurologist, Dr. G Tracy. His reputation and knowledge drew us to him. From the time we called for an appointment until we left after our appointment, we found nothing but positives to this hospital. The building is extremely clean, spacious and inviting. The staff was professional and courteous. Once we met Dr. Tracy, we knew the trip was totally worth it. Aside from being incredibly knowledgeable, he was friendly, kind and patient. He really listened to our problem with our dog and answered a plethora of questions. He gave us the time we needed and we felt so comfortable with him treating our dog. He really cares! We made a very good decision going to this animal hospital and only wish we lived closer so we could make this our permanent veterinary center for our dog. I would recommend them and especially Dr. Tracy to everyone with a pet!

Everybody knows when you find an amazing doctor that you can trust, you can’t let them go. Dr. Fischer has changed our lives forever. She was the first doctor able to diagnose multiple orthopedic ailments that had gone undiagnosed for years in my dog, Molly. Diagnosing a patient is one thing but effectively treating them is another. Dr. Fischer has done both of those things. From stem cell/ prp treatment, steroid injections, weekly acupuncture, and Chinese herbs, she does it all. To say we were heartbroken and beyond stressed to find out that Dr. Fischer was relocating to a different state an hour and a half away is an understatement. But as the rule goes- once you find that doctor, you don’t let them go; so, we didn’t. It just so happens that Dr. Fischer relocating to EPVMC was a blessing in disguise. The comfort and overall experience in the designated pain management department at EPVMC is something I wish every pet, and owner could experience in their time of need. Rooms are staged with anti-slip mats, large orthopedic beds, blankets, and an abundance of treats for both dogs and cats. Dr. Fischer and her tech, Maddie, work incredibly well together to help improve your pet’s everyday life by taking the time to get to know your pet and what works and what doesn’t work for them specifically. Lastly, finding yourself in the veterinary emergency department is never something anyone looks forward to; however, having a facility that you trust your pet’s life with is priceless and for some- hard to come by. Recently, Molly found herself in the ER. She was stabilized at a local emergency facility and transferred to EPVMC the following day. After three long days, she was finally able to come home thanks to the hardworking, trustworthy, and knowledgeable staff. Being in the veterinary field myself, I can say without hesitation that EPVMC will continue to be my go-to for any and all specialty services.

Highly recommend! They are the most efficient emergency vet and so nice. I called when I was on my way with my dog in pain and when I got there they took her back almost immediately and treated her for the pain while we waited to be seen by the doctor. They watched her in the back and the vet tech kept us updated. We were sent home with three different medications and three days later she was back to herself. They also sent her X-rays to our primary vet. I would choose them over any other vet every time.
