Dr Tina Ting for accupuncture is a god send. She helped my little old man who was having an incredibly hard time with IVDD. The pain was excruciating for him. Her patience knowledge and understanding has brought him back to us. We were heartbroken when we thought we didn't have anymore time with him due to neck and vertebrae pain. He was able to romp down the wedding aisle with me this past week and we are so thankful. She brought back his quality of life and now he walks and eats without pain. We are still on our road to recovery but things are looking great. I highly recommend either her in office or home visit practice. Her team is helpful and supports any of your scheduling needs. Which was great as I have a really tough work schedule but needed to make my little ones care a priority. I appreciate them more then words can describe. Thank you dr ting!

First and foremost, the staff is great.. They truly care! Amanda is one of the hardest working people I know. She is fabulous and really came through for me. As for the doctors, Dr. Debby is absolutely fabulous and is the best veterinarian I've ever known. She knew exactly what to do when my cat Bella was sick whereas my old vet's office basically did the standard routine as they drained my bank account. Dr. Debby saved Bella's life. She is the modern day Dr. Dolittle. I am eternally grateful for her wisdom, kindness and compassion. This office has very reasonable prices on all food, medicine, etc. I am so happy to have found them. They are the best on Long Island! 😺🐕🐰🦜🐥🐍🦎❤

It's sad i feel compelled to have to write this review but i wouldn't want anyone else to have to go through what my family did. Here is what happened. and the letter I wrote to him with NO RESPONSE back. "My wife and I have been going to you for at least 15 years and you have seen many of our dogs and I trusted your judgment. We brought Rocky in Saturday morning when he was throwing up. You did an Xray and an exam and said it was something he ate that disagreed with him, no blockage, you gave him shots for reflux and nausea. You said he was fine, give it 24 hrs and would be a new dog in the morning. I trusted your judgement. Never did you say if he throws up again to rush him to the hospital. I was giving it until morning like you said. I trusted your judgment. My wife had called back at about 3-4 pm and the receptionist was kind of nasty saying you were gone and nothing they could do. Again me trusting what your diagnosis was, waited until morning. Well at 9:30 am he didn't look good so we decided to take him to emergency in Westbury- where he died at 10:18 am. About 18 hours after you said he was fine- something he ate disagreed with him. Man its heartbreaking to know you cant trust even a doctor. So sad. I paid you $400.00 for that, that's a shame- that refund check should go in the mail today. Not that it matters. I'm thinking of posting a yelp and google review of this so others can watch out for mis-diagnosis from your office. All you had to say was any sign of blood of more throw up, DONT await go to emergency, but YOU didn't say that. People go to you because they / we don't know how to treat dogs medically, so to not hear those words at the end of our consultation was the difference for Rocky.

We love Dr. Ting for acupuncture for our French Bulldog! Our Frenchie is always excited to come in and the staff are all so nice! Dr. Ting is amazing and we have seen significant improvements with IVDD flare-ups since starting acupuncture.
