One pet owner shared their experience of having to euthanize their 14-year-old dog due to cancer. They were deeply appreciative of the staff's amazing support, noting that the team was "very caring" and made the difficult experience as stress-free as possible for both the owner and their beloved pet. Another heartfelt review recounts the unexpected passing of a 17-year-old dog due to a tragic accident. The owner, after taking time to research facilities, was recommended to East Valley Emergency Pet Clinic for cremation services. Despite the emotionally overwhelming nature of the situation, the owner was grateful they brought their Daisy here. They described the staff as "sympathetic" and "professional," highlighting the provision of a private room where they could say their goodbyes without feeling rushed. The owner was also pleased with the timeliness and care with which Daisy's ashes were returned, describing the process as "dignified." The thoughtful details included a beautiful little wood box, a heart-shaped name tag with Daisy's name, laminated paw and nose prints, a certificate of private cremation, and even a package of Daisy seeds to plant. This level of consideration deeply touched the owner, who expressed their gratitude for the "great work" done during such a difficult time.
Beyond end-of-life services, East Valley Emergency Pet Clinic also provides general veterinary care, as indicated by the first reviewer's multiple positive experiences over the years for "different reasons." One reviewer specifically praised the affordability of a service they received, stating that "the price for the service was very low," especially in comparison to a quote that was three times higher which they would have been willing to pay. May 10, 2025 · J KretschmarMy beloved 17 year old dog passed away unexpectedly from a tragic accident. I took a few hours to all and research facilities, this pet clinic was recommended. I am so glad that I brought my Daisy here for cremation. The drop off was emotionally overwhelming. The staff was sympathetic, professional, they provided a private room where we could say our goodbyes without feeling rushed. I was pleased with the timeliness and care in which they returned her ashes. It was dignified. She came in a beautiful little wood box, her name in a heart shaped name tag, a laminated paw and nose print, a beautiful little certificate of private cremation ...and a package of Daisies to plant. How beautiful is that? Thank you East Valley Medical Clinic. I appreciate the great work you did for me during such a difficult time. Thank you! The service was great, the price for the service was very low, I was quoted 3x more and would have paid it. I couldn't have asked for more. I am appreciative and recommend this establishment highly.
Apr 17, 2025 · SandraMy son dog was attacked by a coyote, and he was told to pay 2700. He told them if they could work with him . They said, "So you're refusing treatment?" he said no, I just dont have the 2700. They told him to surrender the dog the humane society. Well, he went to my vet and paid 500. His dog is little, and his jaw was broken in two places. They are heartless . I will never go there again . I dont want a vet that can careless about the animals . RIP OFF SERVICE SUCKS
Jan 08, 2025 · Stacy ParkMy cat was acting very fidgety after escaping her leash and running into a cactus. I called and they said they could take her, and immediately took her in a room. Dr. Kim sedated her and pulled out 75 (!) thorns and spikes, some nearly in her eye. They ran additional tests to make sure everything was all good, and my cat came out her normal chirpy self. The entire process from check in to pick up was 1 hour, which I’m very very grateful for. The total cost was ~$1000, but I could’ve opted for just the exam+sedation+removal+meds which would’ve been ~$400. Very happy with the service, quickness, thoroughness, and transparency of the prices. Emergency care is expensive and can happen to any pet, remember to get pet insurance!
Mar 20, 2024 · Michelle Yan BSJust took my baby dog to this home nearby clinic to remove the tick. the 3 starts review doesn't encourage me to go in, but I would like to give a try since this is the nearest clinic open after 8 pm. The front desk lady is helpful, told us she will see what they can do. Few minute later the nurse came out and told us he can help to remove the tick and helped to see if there are any more. After 5 minutes everything is done. And they don't even charge us…that's for free, can not believe it. 5 stars service deserved.
