I brought my fur baby last year after a ER visit and met with Dr. White. HE WAS AMAZING. He set up a plan to avoid surgery and it worked. He was EXTREMELY friendly and sat on the floor to make my Roo feel loved. And the front staff and nurses are ALLLLLLL amazing as well. They were quick to offer Roo some water because of his panting and treats. I can’t express how great this office is from mannerism to empathy. Recently Roo re-injured his leg and again this office was the best. The owner and Vet Dr. Manning saw Roo and followed up with a call after our visit. You don’t see that kind of treatment much these days. Dr. White who is still kinda with the clinic gave me a call to discuss what happened with Roo and he spent a good 30 mins or more talking about Roo’a care as he was the first to help his injury. And I want to shout out Christina , Tiffany and Adam who helped me get all the medical records , getting Roo in fast to see his vet and also following up on Roo. When Roo comes into the office, the ladies come over to him and greet him like if they were their fur baby . Although I relocated from midtown I will not relocate Roosevelt doctors. Take my recommendation as I am a Crirical Care RN and trust my baby to this office !

This veterinary clinic is so great! All of the staff here, from the receptionists to the vet techs, and vets are so kind and helpful. They remember both you and your fur babies by name, call to check in after sick appointments, sit down with you to explain a full cost breakdown, and will make sure you’re well taken care of even when they’re closed. I can’t recommend enough. Huge thank you to Tiffany, Dr. Manning, Dr. Gitter-Fox, Dr. Freda, and all of the lovely vet techs for taking such great care of Mercury!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. The care my rescue dog has received over the years by all of the vets is outstanding. East Side has become our family. All of the staff from reception, vet techs and doggy day care staff are caring and exceptional. I would ignore any negative reviews since everyone I know has only had positive experiences here. Were are so fortunate to have East Side!

We boarded our diabetic cat, Clancy, over the holidays. We have boarded him a number of times in the past. They take very good care of him- he gets insulin shots twice a day. They have even emailed us pictures of him. The staff who tend to him are very professional, kind, trustworthy and caring. I don’t know how they do it, but he always comes back looking better than when we dropped him off! The Reception staff visit him during the day. They are all great and we cannot say enough good things about them. Thank you!! Joan and Randy

What a wonderful experience puppy Layla had with this team! Very accommodating and knowledgeable staff. Stephanie and Tiffany were so helpful and able to manage a lot of different issues with the pets and their owners at the front desk. Dr. Maya answered all of my questions and put my mind at ease. 10/10 experience for this first time dog mama

I walked into the 52nd st office during the middle of the day without an appointment this week with a brand new foster for a checkup and he was taken and seen immediately. Dr. Manning and his staff literally restored my faith in humanity with how sympathetic and generous they were to us. They went above and beyond for me and even spread the word about my foster for potential adopters. Two people recognized him on the street the next day saying that they heard about him through their office. I cannot recommend them enough, I would travel from anywhere in the city just to receive care from them. Special shoutout to Dr. Manning, Christine, and Tony. I will never forget you and your kindness.

Very caring vet staff! They went above and beyond, and really care about animals and are also compassionate to pet owners. Highly recommend!
