ZERO STARS: I brought our rescue kitty in almost a year and a half ago. She was fighting a bad kidney infection. I made sure to have her stay at the hospital. When I dropped her off, I asked the staff and veterinarians to please find out what was going on with our cat. She was having panic attacks and breathing heavy. She stayed for several days and was treated with iv fluids and meds and then released with instructions for her kidney and pain meds. Our cats kidney healed up, but she was still having panic attacks and panting. So we brought her back to the vet, again asking the vet to please find out what is going on. The veterinarian gave her a steroid shot. Told us what to expect, and then we left. A week later, we rushed our cat back to the veterinarian to be told that our cat is now officially in congestive heart failure and that she has 6 months to a year to live. They prescribed her floricimide. Whatever the name is. So over the course of that 6 months to a year and so many vet visits, we spoiled our cat and made sure she was comfortable. When we passed the year mark, we took our cat back to the veterinarian only to be told that she was misdiagnosed and they think she has a lung disease. Highly disappointed with this place would be an understatement. I spent thousands of dollars, never to get a definitive answer as to what was really going on with our cat. We took her to the emergency veterinarian hospital downtown only to be told that she was in a full blown asthma attack and that she would need $4000.00 dollars worth of treatment and a weeks hospital stay with no promises or to euthanize our poor cat who was so exhausted from the heavy breathing and constant stress. We let our kitty kitty go. She was only with us for a little over 5 years. It is so heartbreaking to see such an innocent cat go through so much and never get the right diagnoses for whatever made her so miserable. We stayed with our cat when she was euthanized. What a horrible thing to witness. PLEASE TAKE US OFF OF YOUR CALL, TEXT, EMAIL AND REGULAR MAILING LIST.

Feb 20, 2024 · Debra HewittVets are great. However, front desk is AWFUL. There is a lack of communication and no education for those that work at the front desk. My pancreatic dog on prescription food was given incorrect food, they refused to take a sick kitten in without shelter approval, they do not respond to messages, they have overcharged me and had to ‘’credit’’ me twice now. Today is the straw that has broken the camels back. I was told that for my pancreatic dog that has to be boarded, I needed to pick him up at 4:30 promptly. At 4:49 two vet techs finally arrived, looked at me in my car and hurried inside before I can get out. At 5:35 and I have yet to see either one of them to pick up my dog. I understand that it’s a holiday weekend, but don’t tell me multiple times to pick my dog up at a specific time and not deliver. I had to change a stop on my 15 hour drive to accommodate THEM and pick up MY dog after dropping a good penny on this service. I will return to the downtown location after this. It’s a bit out of the way, but the staff there genuinely wants to work with your pets and you. The lack of communication, lateness, lack of empathy and overall nonchalantly running a clinic is absolutely ridiculous.
Nov 27, 2021 · Brittany WilliamsonThey are absolutely amazing! Dr. Knarr and the vet techs were always super sweet with my senior Chiweenie (18 years old). They did acupuncture on her while I was in the room which I appreciated. It definitely helped my dog with her back and she always seemed more energetic afterwards. We also took her here for all of her other needs. 5 years of excellent service and affordable prices :D
May 19, 2020 · CCaring staff, experienced doctors that take good care of our dogs. We moved 2 hours away and now drive back for appointments because of the staff and Dr. Knarr!
Jan 25, 2022 · Robert BlivenVery informed and caring staff, were wonderful with our Piper when she was battling leukemia. And affordable as well.
