My new cat and I had an appt yesterday, 22nd April 2025. Dr. DeNapoli and her vet Assistant, Seneca, looked after Graham! He is fine and I am waiting for his blood work report tomorrow [24th April 2025]. I am appreciative of the greeting I rec'd from Erin and Nicole upon entering the waiting room! Dr. DeNapoli is who I like my cat(s) to visit!! Seneca weighed Graham and took him for a blood draw and a urine specimen! Everyone is professional and friendly!!! I recommend EBAH to anyone with pets, large or small :D

We had a great appointment at Eastbrook yesterday. They always are but somehow yesterday I felt very much informed and know the path ahead. The staff is always great and make my pet feel comforted and loved. Thanks to everyone at Eastbrook for always taking such good care of your patients and the animals owners as well!

Tech Karen and Dr. Spagnoletti were amazing with my dog. They took their time with us, answered questions, and gave her SO many treats to make her feel comfortable. She even noticed a leg issue that my old vet practice of many years never noticed on her. HIGHLY recommend this practice. They're great people.

We recently started going here in September 2023 due to my job offering pet insurance that this vet accepts. Everyone has been very personable, friendly, and informative. Unlike other vets where I've felt "guilted me" into spending money on expensive procedures or course of medical action, east brook has been honest and provided the pros and cons to each option. The vets explain to you the medical terminology in an easy to understand manner. They were very accommodating and patient with my pup Sugar, who can be fairly timid. Sugar had dental work done, and i was blown away about how throughout they were with aftercare. They checked up on her 2 times after the surgery as well!!! It provided me comfort that she was taken care of so well. Price wise, my last vet was a tiny bit cheaper, but with my vet insurance, it comes out to a cheaper price.

Went in with concerns for my cat and found out (unrelated to those concerns) that she was pregnant! Felt really overwhelmed at first but the vet, techs, and all of the staff made me feel so much more prepared and supported. Offered me so much information and resources, gave me free kitten food, a blanket, and pet pads. I couldn't be happier with my choice to go here. Though I was faced with a far more challenging situation then I initailly expected, they've enabled me to feel far more relaxed walking out then when I walked in. Could not recommend them more.
