I have been coming here for the past 10+ years, not sure what has happened to this place but I miss Lisa (the old receptionist) she was so sweet and caring. Gina (the new receptionist) is extremely rude and unprofessional. The rest of the staff is a delight! Beware if you leave a one star review Gina will offer you yours pets records implying that you are no longer welcomed at their office.

Eagle Glen Veterinary Clinic Introduce

Welcome to the introduction of Eagle Glen Veterinary Clinic, a "Pet Hospital" located at 4305 Eagle Rock Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90041, USA. Eagle Glen Veterinary Clinic has served the local community for over a decade, according to one long-term client. However, recent feedback suggests a change in the front office experience, while other aspects of the clinic, such as the rest of the staff, continue to be viewed positively by some.

Regarding the environment, the provided reviews do not offer specific details about the physical premises of Eagle Glen Veterinary Clinic. One long-term client reminisces about a previous receptionist, Lisa, suggesting a familiar and perhaps more welcoming atmosphere in the past. The introduction of a new receptionist, Gina, has led to negative feedback concerning her demeanor. Without further information, a comprehensive description of the clinic's environment is not possible, but the comments indicate that the interpersonal atmosphere at the front desk has changed for some clients.

The services offered at Eagle Glen Veterinary Clinic are implied through the nature of it being a "Pet Hospital." Typically, such clinics offer a range of veterinary services, including routine check-ups, vaccinations, treatments for illnesses, and possibly surgical procedures. One long-term client mentioned taking their pets there for over 15 years, indicating that the clinic has historically provided ongoing care for their animals. However, a recent experience from this same client involved being "straight dismissed" without help or even a recommendation, suggesting a potential shift in their service approach in certain situations.

Features of Eagle Glen Veterinary Clinic appear to be a mix of positive and negative based on the recent reviews. A long-standing positive feature seems to be the quality of the staff, excluding the new receptionist, as one reviewer mentioned, "The rest of the staff is a delight!" This suggests that the veterinary professionals and perhaps other support staff are still providing satisfactory care. However, a significant negative feature highlighted is the perceived rudeness and unprofessionalism of the new receptionist, Gina. One reviewer shared an experience of being threatened with the withholding of their pet's records after leaving a one-star review, indicating a potentially confrontational approach to negative feedback.

The long tenure of the clinic in the community, with one client having visited for over 10 years and another for over 15 years, suggests a history of providing veterinary care. However, the recent negative experiences, particularly concerning the front desk staff, seem to be impacting the overall perception of the clinic for these long-term clients.

There is no promotional information available in the provided reviews. The feedback focuses on personal experiences with the staff, primarily the front receptionist, and a recent instance of a lack of assistance for a long-term client.

In summary, Eagle Glen Veterinary Clinic, operating as a "Pet Hospital" in Los Angeles, has served the community for many years. While the "rest of the staff" is viewed positively by at least one reviewer, recent feedback highlights significant concerns regarding the rudeness and unprofessionalism of the new receptionist. One long-term client, after 15+ years, reported being dismissed without help for their pet. Another long-term client also expressed disappointment with the change in the front office experience. These reviews suggest that while the medical care provided by the veterinarians and other staff members might still be satisfactory, the experience at the front desk has become a point of concern for some clients.

For local users considering Eagle Glen Veterinary Clinic, it would be prudent to be aware of the recent feedback regarding the front office staff. If you value a welcoming and helpful reception experience, this might be a point of consideration. However, if your priority is the expertise and care provided by the veterinary medical team, the positive mention of "the rest of the staff" could still make this clinic a viable option. Given the conflicting recent experiences, it might be beneficial to personally interact with the clinic to form your own impression.

Wow! After 15+years of taking so many pets here I just got straight dismissed no help or care for my pet not even a recommendation. I agree with Maria very rude receptionist. They used to be great here I wonder if the rest of the clinic knows how rude they are in the front.

The doctors are gentle, caring and knowledge. The front desk staff are excellent always kind and professional. We’ve been going here for over 20 years…that speaks for itself! Thank you

Wonderful staff who are very friendly and helpful. Their office is small and so is their parking lot, which means that if it's full, you might have to park along the residential street. I totally don't mind, though, since their service is so great.

I've taken my cats to the Eagle Glen Vetinary Clinic for over twelve years. I was last there a week ago, bringing in my new cat for a first exam and vaccines. I have always had the best experience with the vets and the staff over the years, whether it's been routine check-ups or treatment for serious illnessness and end of life care.
