In the exam room, not only Dr. Molly and Dr. Tori, but all vet technicians and assistants were always calm and positive when they handled my senior (18+ years old) cats that sometimes behaved not friendly at all. Doctors explained the problem and answered my questions so that I could fully understand. They are the people who work for the voiceless pet. Also, everyone in the office I interacted with in-person, via phone and/or email was very patient, kind and understanding. When both two cats started ailing about a month ago, I started feeling so distressed. When I had to ask for something on short notice, like a new appointment, they were very supportive and flexible. I ended up putting one cat to sleep, and the other, within ten days. Each time, doctors and Sarah did this treatment in the most professional and compassionate manner so that we (the cat and human) would suffer the least. My daughter and I were allowed to stay with Kit and Jeffrey as long as needed to say good-bye. Many staff came and comforted us until we left the clinic. Thank you very much, Dyer Animal Clinic. You are the best.

Sep 19, 2024 · Hiroko NelsonIve taken my pet to Dyer Animal Clinic in the past and finally left them due to continued dissatisfaction. The clinic's fees are outrageously high, and they seemed to rely on scare tactics to upsell unnecessary services. Even after several unsuccessful attempts, they still billed us for procedures that weren't performed correctly. Additionally, the staff were impersonal and detached, which made the visit even less pleasant. Overall, my experience was disappointing, and I wouldn't recommend this clinic to fellow pet owners. My biggest regret is allowing my wonderful Lab to suffer through their “care”.
Jan 22, 2025 · Shane DelzerIt's nice to go-to a place where they love your pet as much as the owner. First visit was very professional mixed with a hint of personal touch. The techs were all very helpful and polite. Gave me an itemized bill and discussed treatment. The Dr. was very smooth with the shot. No hissing or crying. Staff recognize and practiced COVID protocols at all times. We definitely will be back for regular check ups.
May 24, 2022 · Benjamin GravesCovid-19 prodical. Staff member comes out to car to take your pet in for their office visit.. Safety first. I wouldn't think of taking my pets anywhere but here. We took our cat Teddy in and found out he is diabetic in 2016. We were so nervous about giving him injections. Dr.Farrell walked us through giving him shots and when we had problems we called the office and they had us come in to answer our questions on injecting the needles. Veterinarian Molly Farrell and her staff has been so supportive. Our cat Teddy is now stable. Yes, I would recommend taking your pet there. POST SCRIPT: It has now been 3 months working with Vet. Farrell. You must keep follow-up appts., which we have, and talked with her about any concerns. Everything is going very well with Teddy. We will keep you posted. It is now 10 months later and Teddy is stable and doing very well. Since Vet. Farrell owns cats I feel she has a better understanding of cats problems. Teddy turned 15 June 2018... It has been a 16 months and Teddy is doing well. It is getting hard for him to go up and down stairs. But if I was old as he is in cat years I would have a hard time to. He will only eat Sheba in natural juices and I sprinkle a little fiber on it 2 times a day..... 3-2019 We just got Niko a seal point neutered 3 year old male birman. He is the sweetest cat. He will be good company for Teddy. Since we wanted a older cat because of our are age we didn't want a kitten, so we had to wait 7 months for a older cat. Saw DVM Farrell 3-4-2019. She check Niko out thoughly and he loved every minute. I think he would have stayed there forever if we didn't make him go back home with us.😻 Our Teddy passed away in September 2019. The staff at the clinic were very thoughtful and caring. We miss Teddy, but now he is with his brother Alvin playing in green fields of butterflies together.
Jan 07, 2022 · Judy CzerwinskiJust had a follow up appointment for my 8 year old Golden, I was charged 25 bucks for a vet tech examine which he just had from another appointment 7 days earlier. I asked that my account be credited 25 dollars because none of this makes any logical sense to charge twice for the same situation the second evaluation was not needed. When I talked to the "office manager" she said tough luck it is our policy. Never saw the policy or signed off on it or that stipulation. I've been taking my dogs to Dr. Ferrell for 20 years and spent thousands of dollars there and when I asked for a 25 dollar credit I was told I was banded from going to that clinic and she was going to call the Dyer police on me after I said I was ripped off. Personally if it was my business I would fire the office manager. Oh yea when I said I would write a review she was so vindictive she said oh, one of those social media people. Will not go back again until an apology and 25 dollar credit. If you like getting ripped off and sitting outside in your car in 88 degree weather for 45 minutes then another 15 minutes waiting in your car for your over priced bill go to Dyer Animal clinic.
