Took my puppy in for his first visit and it was a great experience. The exam room was nice, the vet was very helpful in providing educational info around separation anxiety, and the rest of the staff was super friendly - they even did a mini face trim around his eyes so he can see better until his first groom! The location is conveniently located for me, but I’d definitely travel further for my pets to be treated here.

I’ve been taking my two cats to Dugans for over a year and I’ve never had a bad experience. The prices are great and the staff is incredibly kind and supportive. It’s also easy to schedule, they typically have an appointment within a week which is convenient

I've had no choice but to change my 5 star review to a 1 star review, because my dog died 2 months ago yet I still get constant junkmail, surveys, discounts from this vet. I have asked for them to unsubscribe me FOUR TIMES, including calling them and asking them to stop. Welp, I got another one this morning. Decent vet, but whatever you do, don't give them your email address.

We love Dugan's for all of our pets' needs. The staff is knowledgeable and caring and always willing to answer any questions. My dogs love going to the vet! In addition, Ms. Ellen is our groomer and she is fantastic! She is patient, takes her time, and my dogs always look and smell amazing after an appointment with her. I would highly recommend Dugan's to care for your pets!
