I have been going to DRVC since 2021 when I first moved to the area. They are AMAZING! I have 6 pets and they handle every single one of them with care and professionalism. They have same day or next day appointments when unexpected events happen and are always efficient. They even offer drop offs if they don't have full appointments available which is great in a pinch.

I have been to this office two other times without any issues, but last week when I was there I was treated poorly. Dr. Bradley spent about 25 minutes with my cat and myself and during the whole time she never once made eye contact. She also barely opened her mouth when she spoke and it was difficult to hear her. She said my cat needed medicine and would go get it. So I waited. The room got stuffy so I opened the door. 40 minutes later I see her walk by and enter the exam room next to mine to examine a black lab. I realized she wasn't coming back. I went to the reception desk and told the woman there that I had just waited 40 minutes. I never got the results of the stool sample nor the medicine. She said she was sorry and called to the back lab area. When she got off the phone she told me the Doctor decided against doing the test. No one informed me of this. She then hands me a bag full of three bottles and says "This is for your cat-whatever she has." It was up to me to do my own research on the Internet on what I was given. Needless to say, I will be finding another veterinarian clinic.

Definitely caring and passionate personnel, easy to understand they take care of your pets as if they were own, the down size to their building and location is the coffee shop next door you have to watch out cuz traffic diverts throw the parking lot

My whole family has been taking our pets here for years. The vet is super knowledgeable and helpful! Best vet in town for sure! Jen is also a vet that can certify international travel. She is so knowledgeable it makes the process so much easier.
