• "Called and made appointment, but they didn’t have me in the system when I went for the appointment one week later. Ended up waiting for my pup to be seen for roughly 15 minutes (no biggie) and someone who came after us was seen and leaving before we were seen (I suppose because their appointment was documented as mine should have been.) The receptionist, Susan, was quite disrespectful though. My grandmother went outside to keep from saying anything after Susan was rude to me for not finding the appointment I had booked. Otherwise, the nurse was super loving and kind to my pup, and she was very informative. You can tell that Dr. Rhyne was rushing. They had just finished lunch, so I suppose they may have been booked back to back. However, I would have appreciated more attention to my questions rather than rushing through and leaving the nurse to answer them all. Wonderful prices. Went for vaccines and to have a spot seen, but was only charged for the shots and not the visit (again probably because the doctor was barely there.)"
