Took my two pups here with my 11year old, very poor bedside manners from the Dr., very harsh and rude to the dogs and made my 11 year old cry, didn't greet or introduce, just came in and said who is next, dogs were bleeding after vaccine shots. My daughter was in tears no apologies or response from Alice George. Very disappointed.
