My precious 17 years old cat Buddy has IBD and had a blockage and needed to see a vet immediately. My vet of 25 years would not see us. I called the nearest veterinary service which was Pompton Animal hospital. They took me in that Monday morning and Buddy was taken care of by Dr. Cattiny. Dr. Cattiny is a bigger than life personality with genuine kindness and a caring positive demeanor. I felt Buddy was in great hands. The staff was very busy but it was a happy busy. I was apprehensive and nervous when I arrived there but now I am happy that fortune smiled on me and I found a veterinarian of this caliber for my pets. Thank you Dr. Cattiny and staff. Dr. Cattiny has been my veterinarian for over 25 years. He is compassionate loving and my animals have always had the best of care...He's the best.. I would never trust anyone else with my fuzzy kids...His staff is wonderful too..I know them for many years, also...Very friendly..Both at the Pompton Lakes Office and Westwood Hospital..

So impressed with Dr. Cattiny! As the owner of a dog training school, I have encountered many vets over the years both indirectly and directly! I can't say enough wonderful things about Dr. Cattiny! My dog was diagnosed with pyometra at Blue Pearl. At Blue Pearl's suggestion, they referred me back to my primary as doing the surgery at my primary vet would be a lot less expensive than doing the surgery with them. My primary was out of town and I had heard so many good things about Dr. Cattiny that I called him. I had no prior relationship with him yet he, without hesitation, took my dog in right away to do the surgery! This saved me a LOT of money from having to do it at Blue Pearl! I am now going to bring all of my dogs and send my clients to him as well! Thank you Dr. Cattiny!

The staff at Pompton Lakes Animal Hospital is the best. We just visited with our kitten who had an auto-immune infection. Dr. Kristin is always professional, personable, and makes sure to answer all your questions before you leave. Our little guy is well on the way to being all better.
