Love Dr. Fitz! She's amazing and truly knows her talent with pups! Extremely reasonable pricing. I've been with her awhile now, from regular visits to the last goodbye. She has compassion for all who are under her care. You won't be disappointed if you see her. Thank you Dr. Fitz!!!

Dr. Fitz's is an AMAZING vet! She always put the pets and their owners first and gives the best advice on how to help your pet! We are blessed to have found her and to have our pets get treated by her!

They are amazing. They add us in if we need an appointment that is not necessarily an emergency. Also, the staff remembers the clients and their pets. Dr. Fitz is very thorough and explains things in a way that lay people can understand. This team is phenomenal.

I brought my Great Dane in 10 days ago for inflamed ears and diarrhea. I called today with concern that nothing is better. I spent $90 to check his stool. Which I was told no parasites. Which is fine, obviously something else going on. Then did some test on his ears to find out it’s yeast. Purchased that $100 in medication. Ears are not any better. So, I called today frustrated that $323 later there is no improvement. The young women who answered the phone took immediate offense. And said” it sounds like you’re blaming us for doing something wrong, if that’s the case go elsewhere!!! “ then proceeded to hang up on me because she can’t comprehend why I am frustrated. I want my Great Dane to feel better and he isn’t. Absolutely, no compassion from who answered the phone. They must get lots of calls with unhappy customers because to take such offense when I am explaining my frustration, that my dog is sick. Makes me believe I am not the only one. I live locally and want to support “small business” but I am not going to be spoken to that way by some “ untrained” receptionist/vet tech. If you have no compassion for animals, you need a different line of work! I do not recommend this vet practice, same your money and go elsewhere. Who would want someone with such a horrible attitude, doing anything with their dog. So to the young women I spoke too” I will go elsewhere, and I will be sure to tell everyone else too!!! “

We just moved to the area and finding a trusted Vet to take care of your pets can be hard and nerve racking. I read all the great reviews online about Dr. Fitz's Bayside Animal Clinic, and after my visit with my cat I agree. The staff is communicative, kind, and knowledgeable.
