If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I have an 11 year old Pitbull who has severe skin allergies and food allergies. He is allergic to literally every meat there is, dust, grass, etc. I scheduled an appointment for him for a month out. When his appointment came they called and said another dog had an emergency and they had to reschedule me for the same time the following week. I took off work for this appointment, but I understood. So I tool off work the following week for his appointment. THAT day came and I called to confirm and they told us that whoever I spoke to never actually rescheduled him. I explained that I had missed 2 days of work now without pay and rescheduled him once. Couldn't they rectify their mistake by calling someone else and moving them because they messed up? No. Meanwhile... my dog is tearing his paws to pieces and chewing his hair out. He is a senior dog. I would not recommend this place if you are looking for someone who actually cares about your animal.

Two weeks ago my cat died very unexpectedly after only a week of having him and we drove him here bc we weren’t sure he was gone and before we got in the car there was still a heart beat and when we walked in they immediately helped us. They were so helpful and kind. They gave me time to process before asking what I wanted to do. I said I wanted to take him home and bury him, the vet went and got a box wrapped him in a blanket and placed him in. They also offered a paw print. My mom at the end of all this asked how much we owed bc it was technically an emergency visit, we took a box and blanket for him to be buried, and they took a paw print and gave us a beautiful book for it. They told her it was no charge. Not only was I heartbroken and mourning my cat, I was panicking that my poor mom was gonna have to pay for all of this stuff for a cat I only had a week. They were just super great and helped my day start ok.
