Your warmth, empathy in difficult times, availability during emergencies and for appointments, and honest guidance have meant the world to us. When our three pups were poisoned, you provided them with exceptional care, and when we had to make the heartbreaking decision to humanely euthanize our Loki, we were profoundly touched that Dr. Van der Gaag came in after hours—on her day off—without being asked. The comfort that gave my husband is something we will never forget. For the past 20 years, through all the stages of our pets' lives, we have been so thankful that we chose Doylestown Animal Medical Clinic. Had another happy visit to Doylestown Animal Medical Clinic this week with my anxious little Westie. It was a nurse visit, just for vaccinations, and the nurse worked me out a plan to eliminate a second yearly visit (amalgamating all annual vaccinations and tests into one yearly visit) to avoid stressing the little fur monster out more than necessary. I have been bringing my cat here for the past 3 years and just started bringing my new puppy. The staff and doctors are the sweetest people, and you can tell they very much care about my animals. The doctor even personally calls to check on them after. Last, they do not push procedures that are unnecessary, which adds immensely to my trust. Thanks for being a great place to take my pets!!

I came in Thursday for an examination of a growth on my dog's back and a resulting minor surgery. I was pleased with the care he received. There were two issues that have convinced me not to return. 1. I was quoted a price of $75.00 for the visit. I was charged $105. When I brought this to their attention, they told me that I wasn't told the price was 75 and they would not do anything about. 2. I asked them not to contact the vet I had been going to and they contacted her anyway. Their business practices are very poor. They are strictly a business and $$$ is what they care about, They have an opportunity to make this right. I wonder if they will.
