they lost me as a customer after 12 years of bringing my English Bulldogs here with the new employees at the front desk. I boarded the dogs for 5 days & they caught a really bad cough. I understand some things are out of their control but not working with me on pricing or meeting me in the middle is ridiculous when they failed to disinfect & separate sick animals. They quoted me over $400 when another vet only charged me $100. that's when I learned they don't give AF about loyalty, the animals, or their customers. It's all about $$$$$$

We’ve been going to Dewey for years. The staff and vets are wonderful. Jacob always greets us and he knows us and our pets when we arrive. They know the habits and mannerisms of our pets and how to handle them which is greatly appreciated. We’ve used their boarding services when he go on vacations and they take very good care of babies when they are with them. The staff has gotten us through the hard times of end of life care for our wolf hybrid we had to our Aussie Shepherd who has extreme anxiety and requires medication and special handling. We’ve been lucky to have many long wonderful years with ours pets and Dewey has been there with us for all of them. We appreciate everything they do for us and our fur babies.

The staff at DVMC are the best. In all my visits my pet and and I have been treated with kindness and respect. It is located far from me but I feel the care we receive is worth the drive.

This facility offers fair pricing and the added benefit of animal visits. The customer service was exceptional. The front desk staff was incredibly patient, answering all my questions thoroughly. Even during peak times, I observed the staff handling everything smoothly and with a friendly demeanor. The nurse was attentive, asking the necessary questions with patience and maintaining a positive attitude throughout the procedure. The doctor was excellent, providing detailed explanations and recommending the necessary treatment options. Overall, the facility was very clean and well-sanitized. Although it was a bit of a drive from where I live, the experience was well worth it.

Dr. Is great .. the front office staff needs work especially the male working there. He's very rude on the phone. I dislike his manner. Needs some classes on phone ediqute. They have treated all my dogs for 35 yrs. The front office is the reason I will change vets.

I’ve been going to this place quite a few times with my dogs and i trusted them because i know that they would take good care of my buddies (my pet) until my recent visit which my little girl would need a minor surgery. Except that one of their staff is giving me this bad vibe about going through it. Not a good way of treating a customer like that. I wasnt comfortable dealing with her that day. So i decided to do it some other day or somewhere else instead.
