My beautiful sweet cat suffered for weeks because you all are not compassionate or trained enough to do a more thorough examination. After taking her to a more competent vet he found the reason for her weight loss and inability to eat and drink. She had a big cancer mass. My beautiful girl is at peace and no longer suffering.. I definitely would never recommend this office. If you love your pets and want the best care then please please take then to Chaparral veterinary hospital !!

Multiple visits, a few tests and "images" and hey- A OK! Mind you, What tests were done were at our insistence and suggestion. 2 doctors massaged the abdomen and felt nothing. Weeks go by, cat continued to decline. We wise up and take her to Chapparelle at the suggestion of another family who, unfortunately, lost their own pet to cancer due to Devine Vets overlooking that one when it could have been caught earlier. As soon as the new vet felt our cats stomach (not even imaging required, guys) he knew IMMEDIATELY she had masses in her belly. They did what they could but it was open and close. These people will take your money and let your poor animal suffer. You guys sold her appetite booster but she could not eat due to the massive tumors you missed. You let one of God's poor creatures starve before a different and compassionate vet mercifully put her to sleep, she died craving food due to the appetite boosting gel but unable to eat- how do you miss tumors THAT big? Shame. You know how when docs lose patients, folk start with the platitudes of "aw don't feel bad, you did everything you could", these guys did not. This animals final weeks of undue suffering is 100% on them and their incompetence.

Return visit for updated shots and possible ear infection for my dog. Pull into the parking lot 5 minutes late and by the time I get dog unloaded, checked in and sat in waiting room, it was a total of 10 minutes. I got turned away on an early Saturday morning, dog in tow, my 12 year old & drove 40 mins away for this appointment. Staff claimed that they don’t even have a minute to spare, poor performance on overbooking & unable to be understanding.

Devine Vet is great for routine care but when you really need them, they just tell you to go somewhere else or we can see you a week later. The purpose of having a veterinarian is for your routine care but also for when your animals are not feeling well. You shouldn't have to search for care in your time of need when you have a regular vet for your fur babies. I love having my fur babies care so close to home but this is at least 3 times I have really needed them and have had to call around and search for care.

I can only say thank you trying to fit my dog in. Unfortunately she did not make the appointment as she died. I thank you so much for being so kind to me. Should I ever need a vet I will definitely chose you.
