Absolutely wonderful staff. Dr. Church is amazing. If your dog has developed heart disease Dr. Church and his staff are who you want taking care of your fur baby. Dr. Church has wonderful Drs he has trained and they are excellent as well. My dog Valentino (Tino) has seen two other Drs when Dr. Church wasn't available. They were wonderful too. The staff is excellent at returning text messages if you have any questions or concerns. They answer in a very timely manner. I find it easier to text than to wait on the phone.

So this is the first time I’ve ever taken a pet to IM and I’m so glad I took my Phoebe here! I took her to IM due to gastrointestinal issues AND cardio due to seeing some intense jugular pulses. Literally everyone was SO nice (reception, veterinary technicians, and Drs) from start to finish… They all were SO nice to my girl and fell in love with her… How could they not, she’s a purrfect angel (I know I’m biased!). The pricing may seem expensive for some, but they are SPECIALISTS so I completely understand. (Ya’ll might consider getting pet insurance it has saved me thousands!!) Anyways, I kinda like this place.

The amazing staff sent this. Something I would have not expected. I am forever grateful for the entire staff. They are nothing but kind, professional and care about not only the pets but the owners as well. This has been the hardest loss, and just receiving this card says alot. Thank you AVECC!

I take my Yorkie Maddie here for specialist care for her kidneys. They were recommended to continue care after moving away from Maddie's previous CA specialist vet and are doing a great job managing her conditions. Many thanks for taking care of my baby Yorkie!

Went for internal medicine. Things were great at first, but then they just stopped responding to me at all. Their lab fees are more than double for a regular vet, which just seems absurd when it's the same exact labs. It's even $60 for a tech appointment, which is about the amount to see an actual regular vet. I guess it's good they no longer want to even be professional enough to communicate with me because I can't afford them. Update: I last communicated in Dec 2023 and received no reply back from them. Dr. Jacobs gave me a guilt trip when I requested a renewal for my dog's prescription diet in April. The vet tech from my recent appointment confronted me about this review, was passive aggressive, and treated me like I'm unrealistic and unreasonable for following the plan of care and that I actually expected to be communicated with about it. Shame on me!
