Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this practice. Others should know how this practice treats patients during emergencies. I called the office right at 8:00 seeking an appointment for my dog who woke up with a swollen eyelid, redness, and an eyeball that looked as though it had been “pushed back” into the orbital. I relayed my concerns to the manager who let me know that the dog “probably has a cold” and that they could see me in 7 days. I was skeptical, I had thought eye injuries/issues were best treated ASAP, but I booked the appointment. I did a quick search of dog eye injuries after the call, and realized that they are (by most practices) treated as emergencies that warrant timely/immediate care to avoid blindness, and that my dogs eye looked like many of the photos. I called the vet back straight away, and this time asked for an emergency appointment. The manager let me know that all the emergency spots were taken for the day and that I could call back in 2 days to see if another emergency appointment would be available. I asked if I could just secure an emergency appointment now (as in next available) given that I realize I do have an emergency and that I am not sure what to do. I was then told “don’t believe everything you read online”, implying there was no emergency. It was explained that this is not an option, and that I would have to call back at 8:00 am in two days and to try my luck again or go to a walk-in clinic. When asked why I couldn’t just secure an emergency appointment, I was told I could look for a new vets office. I opted for the walk-in clinic, they confirmed that the dog had more than “a cold” and agreed that waiting a week to be seen would not have been advisable. What is most disheartening is how dismissive the manager was saying “it’s just a cold” and “don’t believe everything you read online”, let alone telling me I should leave the practice totally. It’s not acceptable to tell patients with an emergency to wait a few days and call back to see what happens, but that’s their policy according the manager …

Heaven forbid if your dog poops on the rug out front! This older lady with glasses was not happy and had an attitude. I would have picked it up but after her look and attitude I said forget it!

Great service. Always have a smile and are always very helpful. They treat all animals just like they're kids.

ABSOLUTLY the worst customer service over the phone. The receptionist was raising her voice and being super rude as I was trying to explain to her that I have brought my dogs there for 10+ years and she told me I wasn't in the system and to make sure I was calling the right place?
