The staff at Deerfield are very friendly and provide professional service. My dog and cat are new patients and love Dr. Provost. The front desk has always been extremely accommodating and welcoming. They were able to have my dog come in for an emergency appointment the same day I called and pricing is very reasonable compared to other vets I've been to in the area. The staff have always been upfront with me in how much everything will cost and provide excellent treatment. Huge thank you to the staff at Deerfield Animal Hospital! Momo and Silver appreciate everything you all do to improve their health. Definitely recommend bringing your fur babies here.

The staff at Deerfield have ways been great! They were very kind and helpful when my mom had to put her dog down who wasn’t even a patient at this office. Me and my dogs always have positive experiences here.

Wonderful experience! I brought my cat and dog on separate visits. Every person I have spoken to has been kind, professional, and personable. My animals have issues so I always stress about finding a vet when I move. Glad they were recommended by my prior vet! My pets were perfectly fine during and after their visit. No stressful signs, all my concerns were addressed and every thing went smoothly with their exams and shots.

Wonderful experience. Very clean and organized hospital. Friendly receptionist staff. The technician was very sweet and patient with my overly affectionate year old golden retriever who insisted on rolling over for belly rubs instead of standing still for examination. Dr. Narurkar was fantastic, very personable, sweet to my pup and knowledgeable. Just moved to San Antonio and very thankful to have found Dr. Narurkar and this clinic.

We have been with Deerfield for 9 years. Started with Dr Hay who we absolutely adored and he has since retired. Our pups are in good health so it is typically the annual visit only. We went to our scheduled appointment yesterday and was surprised at our vets bedside. The techs were unable to get samples for fecal and blood so the vet said we would need to take a kit home (they would give us drugs to “calm” our pup which he has never needed outside fireworks) then come back with the samples. Life is busy, it is hard enough getting to appointments with my pups, children, husband, myself. The last thing I need is to go back and forth and drug my dog. I advised that wasn’t going to happen we would be able to get it that day. She said they could try again in a bit but strongly proceeded to tell me how this would create major anxiety and potentially bigger issues in the future for our dogs. Back and forth. I disagreed and she all but said they wouldn’t force it. Honestly We wouldn’t need to, she just needed to listen to me, the parent, knowing my dogs. Honestly we LOVE our pups, they are our people and I am sure the vet gets all types of pet owners but what irritates me is I know my pets. We have never had a problem get any samples and to be questioned on the state of my pets anxiety when we live with them daily was annoying. Guess what, they got all samples in the room with us, no anxiety, and we were done. I appreciate the techs that helped us, they were very gentle. The vet needs to work on her bedside a bit more vs debating with the owners (parents). At the end of the day, we got them updated, just didn’t need the hassle of debate that day.
