It's always a pleasure to go there. Front desk staff is AWESOME. You can tell they really love their job. Margie and Tabitha are a pleasure to talk to. They know their jobs and are happy to explain anything you might not understand. Steven Taylor, DVM is FANTASTIC. He knows what he is talking about and makes sure that you understand before you leave with your fur baby. The grooming service is OUTSTANDING as well. Our dog, Caden, always comes back looking great and it is as if he knows it. He seems to have a little strut when we pick him up. We needed to put one of our babies down, and they were so understanding what we were going through. They sent a card and called to make sure we were doing OK. Even if I need to move out of the area, I would bring Caden there for whatever he may need...

The care Murphy receives is top notch. Whether it's grooming , check up or for illness, I am always pleased with the care ,professionalism, friendliness of the staff and cleanliness of the office.

My 19 month old pup was spayed this week & I appreciated the professionalism of the entire Staff. Dr Taylor's detailed explanation of the procedure & necessary post-op care was great. I especially appreciated the follow up call on post op day 1. Thank you !! Highly recommend

I have been bringing my babies here for over a year. This time will be my last time. I trusted bringing both my babies to this location for all check ups, vaccines, and spay. I made an appointment 2 months in advance listening to their advice to wait until my older baby was 1 year old. The week before her appointment, she went into her first heat, so we had to reschedule 5 weeks later until she was out of her heat cycle. We waited to confirm that she was no longer bleeding or swollen. But still on the date that she got spayed, they called and told me that I would have to pay more since she was in heat. We ended up paying the extra money. We didn’t want to confront them so we didn’t say anything and just paid for it. Fast forward a few months later, we got a comprehensive check up to make sure our babies were healthy for more vaccines, they charged us $68 for each pet which was understandable because they checked over the entire body. They located some build up in their ears and they recommended medicine ear drops and instructed us that we needed to come back in 10 days to recheck their ears. When we returned in 10 days, they quickly checked their ears for 2 seconds for each and ended the exam. When we went to pay the bill, they still charged us $56 for each and called it a progress exam. At that point, they lost all our respect and future business. Every time we come here, it feels like a money grab. I believe that they will tell you anything to get more money from you. The 2 stars is for the friendly nurses, however most of the front desk is rude. If you love your babies and like throwing your money away, you’re welcome here. Otherwise, do your babies and yourself a favor and take your money elsewhere.

Dr. Stan and ALL of his staff are amazing ! His staff is very friendly,kind, personable and caring ! They ALWAYS follow up for any care given ! They always send reminders of upcoming appointments. Very thorough! If you are looking for a Vet hands down THE BEST !!! Highly recommend!!!!!
