They have misdiagnosed two of my animals now. Most recent I took my dog here. She didn't even listen to his lungs. First she tells me it might be rabies (he is fully vaccinated) . Instead she sends us home with some antibiotics. Less than a week later my dog passed away. The nurses are great but Nancy needs to retire. No bedside manor and kills pets!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!

My family and I have taken our dogs to this vet for my entire 40+ years of life. I myself have taken 2 dogs there. I have had nothing but issues in the last 2 years. Scheduled a spay 3 times and every time it was canceled, twice it was canceled the day of. The first time it was canceled because Nancy the veterinarian wasnt feeling up to par. The third time, I sat there and waited 40 minutes after my pup was to be taken back for surgery when out walks Nancy and she's says, "you're gonna hate me!" She said she was experiencing trouble with her eyes and struggled with a cat spay so there was no way she was going to do a spay on my dog. I was upset but understood. A month ago, I scheduled my pup for a wellness visit and shots for this week Saturday. I got a call today stating they had to cancel it. I asked why and the lady said, no staffing so we will need to reschedule. I told her no, that would not be necessary as I'll be looking for a new vet. There is always new staff working there. I do not recommend this vet.

They didn’t give an option for zero stars. Dont book a ear cropping weeks in advance and have a person drive HOURS just for them to get there and you cancel due to “emergency” If that’s the case, you handle the emergency and get the crop done after (good business practice) literally takes 20 mins to crop a dogs ears lol DONT WASTE YOUR TIME PEOPLE. Going on my 13k social media too

Horrible experience here. Nancy is the owner and the vet and she has terrible bedside manor. Our main vet was full and my cat started pooping blood and needed to be seen asap. After calling 5 places this was the place that had openings, now I know why. She bluntly said, I thought you'd be bringing your cat in today and we'd be putting him down. I said that wouldn't have happened today because he's healthy except for this. She scolded her staff in front of me, made jokes about taking my money, snarkey comments about my cats behavior in the past due to blockage, he would've been put down a long time ago. After blood and stool came back normal it was clear that she was willing to kill my cat because he's 16.... he's spunky and holding weight. Healthy. I've never been so dissatisfied with care before. I called our regular vet and cried that I needed them to help him further because this lady was not trustworthy...

Worst vet I’ve ever been to. Both times we’ve been there she’s fobbed us off to an unneeded specialist. Told us “your dog is old.” She yells at the customers, and threatens to kick them out of the “clinic” if they attempt to help with a scared dog. Very unprofessional. She seems worried about being sued for something. The staff seems like they’re trying to help, but are working under a tyrant. Lots of stress felt in the office. Going elsewhere. I don’t need this in my dogs life. .
