I have two dogs that I've been taking to Dearborn since moving to the area three years ago, and they’re amazing. They came highly recommended by local family who’ve trusted them for years with their pets, and I totally see why. Whether it’s check-ups, nail trims, dental cleanings, or even urgent care, the team is always kind, patient, and thorough. I ask a lot of questions (nervous dog dad!), and they always take the time to answer without making me feel rushed. They never push unnecessary treatments, and their pricing is fair and transparent. One of my dogs had her first dental cleaning recently, and they explained everything beforehand from pricing to procedure, reassured me on the day, and took really great care of her. Plus, the cost happened to come in at the lower end of the estimate, which shows they truly prioritize what’s best for your pet. Our dogs are family, and I trust Dearborn completely with their care. If you’re looking for a vet, I strongly recommend them!

Dearborn is the only place I’ll take my animals! They are so kind, generous and you can tell they LOVE animals! From our very first visit until now, they have been the experts I trust. My dog and cat have been going to them for four years for all of their routine or sick visits. And now they are walking me through the last (hopefully) years of my dogs life. Since my girl has been diagnosed by Dr. Ellington with cancer, she has been more than generous with her time and care of Sasha. She walked me through all the treatment options and compassionately allowed me to make the best decision for my baby. Now she walks me through every new symptom and medicine to try to help Sasha have the best quality of life. I am beyond great to the whole clinic staff! They are constantly busy and constantly kind and caring. It’s really a magical place.

Independent local vet you can trust! We took our two cats in for a check up and Dr. Ellington blew us away with her professionalism, empathy, compassion, and clear communication. She spent time with our pets to get to know them (and us). We feel extremely grateful to have her as our vet. This clinic is not corporate owned, and therefore they are not making decisions based on maximizing expensive treatments for profit. They truly care about what’s best for your pet and your situation. Can’t recommend more highly. We will be coming back here as our main vet without a doubt.

We have been bringing our dogs here for years but when it was time for my dog Apollo to pass, they treated us and our pup with INCREDIBLE care and love. I cannot thank Dr. Elllington enough for the wonderful, caring treatment of Apollo and us. She used her lunch break to care for Apollo and us in his final minutes on our planet and gave us peace and understanding in this very difficult time.

Three doggos later and still loving this as our home vet. Our community is so lucky to have doctor Ellington and the other incredible staff. We are so confident with our puppy’s care.
