Maybe learn to communicate with the owners, actually listen, and stop being so judgmental. Biggest issue she didn’t actually listen to a single word I said, was very rude in response to a stressful situation, and didn’t actually say what she wanted or what she was doing just did it then got mad when i didn’t read her mind.

This vet didn't listen to any of my questions or concerns, and her notes (I have them since she is closing shop) are so pompous and condescending it's insulting. I guess clients questioning things isn't something she likes. She had no interest in my dog and didn't ask me a thing about her.

I have always felt 100% confident that my dogs were having the best care possible while here, and the staff is amazing. During the hardest times and the best times they've been there for us, we could not love them more. So grateful for the DAH.
