Took our fur baby to their emergency hospital when he had a partial/focal seizure out of the blue. He is 6 years old and has never had a seizure before. Got seen immediately and they checked him out. Vet put us at ease that our little boy is fine. She explained why he could have had the seizure . And we never knew about that place until today! It was clean, professional, staffed by pet caring employees who were concerned about our little boy's health. We will definitely be keeping them in mind if we have another emergency. (no offense meant at all but we dont ever want something like that to happen again, sorry but we hope to never need you again) Yes, it's pricey but was well worth every penny to us. Our pets ARE our children and we never want them to be sick and will pay whatever it takes to get them back to health. It was a 47 minute drive, I wish they were closer but still very happy to have access to their facility.

Had to take my weimaraner, Chance, in last Sunday because something happened to his eye. The staff was absolutely amazing and Chance was very well behaved (proud momma here) A week on heavy antibiotics and eye drops and my beautiful boy is all healed up!! I appreciate the care and compassion. Y'all are the best!

We brought my Belle in this past weekend after an about a week and a half of her declining. I had taken her to our regular vet a few days prior for bloodwork and treatment, which wasn’t working. I was fairly certain when I took her in this past weekend to CVETS, that I would leave without her. She was my best friend for 16 years. I have had her since I was in 4th grade. She was my best friend and so much more than a dog. She went everywhere with me, including college and grad school. She was with me through everything. Losing her was losing part of myself. Dr. Powalie was incredible with her and with my husband and me. She was so compassionate. She explained how selfless we were being in making this decision for Belle. She gave us all the time we needed with her. She walked us through every step. We had a very short wait time in the waiting room and were able to leave through a side door to avoid walking past all the new patients. I am so thankful for the staff here. Thank you for taking care of my sweet Belle.

CVETS was great to my son and I as we had to make the impossible choice to put our 13 year old boy down. We were immediately taken into a private room so we didn’t have to wait and sob in the lobby. The process was explained to us clearly, we were not rushed at all, and all the “business stuff” was handled prior to the actual euthanasia. There was a door directly off the private room that allowed us to leave the facility without walking back through the lobby. We felt genuinely cared for, they were all so sweet to our boy, and they made a terrible day a little bit easier to handle.

Very impressed! They were so kind and helpful. They got my fur baby back to the doc in a very reasonable time and they were very thorough ! Very reasonable prices and very pleased with the doctor / and staff . Also my daughter and I enjoyed their up to date barista machine. It was the best coffee and hot chocolate I’ve had in awhile ! Thanks for taking care of Peppa! She is doing great!
