My boyfriend and I took our cat here for an emergency. Our cat was old (18 years) he wasn’t eating as much as normal, breathing heavy and acting a bit off. Still moving around, cleaning himself and still kinda eating. He was still able to jump up on the bed and furniture he struggled a bit but was able to. We took him here since they got him in right away. They said he was really sick and had fluid in his chest. They told us what they were going to do to “help”, took him to the back and so much time went by. They came back out and said he passed away before they could do anything. He was in the back for more than 25-30 minutes and in their care he sometime magically passed away. They said they tried giving him CPR. If there was fluid in his chest CPR wouldn’t have made a difference. If we never took him he would if at least had a week or two if not longer. They were generous enough to give us time with him and take him home but they still charged us $500!! For what for them to say he’s sick and not do anything. Would not recommend this place unless you want an old pet to die in their care

As a crucial part of the local pet care ecosystem, Cuyahoga Valley Vet Clinic operates within the broader category of Pet Hospitals, providing essential services and potentially offering goods to support the health and well-being of your beloved animal companions. Understanding the needs of pet owners in Singapore, this introduction aims to provide a comprehensive overview of what Cuyahoga Valley Vet Clinic offers, drawing upon available information to give you an objective perspective.

Navigating pet care can be a significant aspect of pet ownership, and having access to reliable veterinary services is paramount. Cuyahoga Valley Vet Clinic serves as a local point of contact for pet owners in its vicinity, offering a range of medical and potentially ancillary services for various types of pets. You can reach them at their phone number: (330) 659-0712 or their mobile phone: +1 330-659-0712.

Based on available information, including customer reviews, we can attempt to piece together a picture of the clinic's environment, services, and features. It's important to note that online reviews can be subjective and represent individual experiences. Therefore, this introduction will strive for objectivity while acknowledging the different perspectives presented.

Regarding the environment of Cuyahoga Valley Vet Clinic, specific details about the clinic's ambiance, facilities, and cleanliness are not explicitly mentioned in the provided information. Typically, a well-regarded pet hospital aims to provide a clean, comfortable, and reassuring environment for both pets and their owners. This includes well-equipped examination rooms, potentially separate waiting areas for different types of animals to minimize stress, and access to necessary medical equipment for diagnostics and treatments.

In terms of services, pet hospitals generally offer a broad spectrum of veterinary care. These services often include routine check-ups and vaccinations, which are crucial for preventative healthcare and maintaining your pet's overall health. They also typically provide diagnostic services, which may involve laboratory tests, imaging techniques such as X-rays, and other procedures to identify illnesses or injuries. Surgical services, ranging from routine procedures like spaying and neutering to more complex surgeries, are also commonly offered. Dental care is another vital service, encompassing teeth cleaning, extractions, and treatment of dental diseases.

Emergency veterinary care is a critical aspect of any pet hospital. The first customer review mentions taking their cat to Cuyahoga Valley Vet Clinic for an emergency. This suggests that the clinic may offer services for urgent medical situations. However, the review also raises concerns about the quality of care in this particular emergency situation, alleging a lack of effective intervention and high charges despite the pet's passing. This negative experience should be considered alongside other available feedback.

The second customer review offers a contrasting perspective, highlighting the friendly nature of the staff and specifically praising Dr. Hunt. This review emphasizes Dr. Hunt's patient demeanor, particularly with "feisty cats," and her ability to understand and interact with feline behavior effectively. The reviewer notes her skills in reading cat body language and building trust, even getting down on the floor to interact with them. This positive feedback suggests a potential strength in the clinic's approach to animal handling and patient care, at least in some instances.

Features of Cuyahoga Valley Vet Clinic, based on the limited information, seem to include having a veterinarian, Dr. Hunt, who is perceived as highly skilled in feline interaction. The clinic also appears to be accessible for emergency situations, although the experience described in the first review warrants caution. The availability of a phone number and mobile phone number suggests that they can be contacted readily for appointments or urgent inquiries.

Promotional information is not explicitly provided in the given text. Typically, pet hospitals might promote their services through their website, local advertising, or special offers for new clients or specific services like vaccination packages or dental health month discounts. Without direct promotional material, we cannot detail any specific offers from Cuyahoga Valley Vet Clinic.

Considering the customer reviews, it's essential to acknowledge the stark contrast in experiences. The negative review raises serious concerns about emergency care and billing practices in a critical situation. The positive review, on the other hand, praises a specific veterinarian's expertise and patient-centric approach, particularly with cats. Potential local users should weigh these contrasting experiences when considering Cuyahoga Valley Vet Clinic for their pet care needs.

It is advisable for local users to conduct further research, if possible, by looking for additional reviews on other platforms or directly contacting the clinic to inquire about their services, environment, and protocols, especially regarding emergency care and pricing transparency. Visiting the clinic in person for a preliminary assessment might also provide valuable insights into their facilities and staff interactions.

In conclusion, Cuyahoga Valley Vet Clinic, as a Pet Hospital located in Richfield, OH, offers a range of veterinary services. While one customer review expresses significant dissatisfaction with emergency care, another highlights positive interactions with a specific veterinarian, Dr. Hunt, particularly in her handling of cats. Without further information, it is challenging to provide a definitive assessment. Local users are encouraged to seek additional information to make an informed decision about their pet's healthcare needs.

I have only been here as a foster for an agency, but the staff all seem very friendly. Dr Hunt is VERY patient with some of the more feisty cats I have brought in. Many vets I have seen over the years are great and all, but she speaks cat and she knows how to read a cat very well and how to interact to earn their trust. I'm not just talking about calming them with lickable treats either. She reads and reflects their body language and even has gotten down on the floor with them. I'm happy with my vet right now, but if that ever changes, I know where I would be heading.

We traveled there from the Cleveland area to see Dr. Lori Hunt. She is a fantastic veterinarian and truly cares for her patients as well as their families. I love the office staff here as they are so kind and compassionate. I trust them to care for my dogs and cats. Chili, our black cat was just there for a surgical consult and Dr. Hunt was so thorough and answered all my questions. Didn’t rush us into a procedure and offered a more conservative treatment and I didn’t have to shell out big bucks. It was a wonderful option for this kitty and he is doing great! I highly recommend this office and staff to care for your beloved pets!
