We have been going to this location for many months now and love it. My dog, Ziggy, gets the best care and is obsessed with everyone there! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the veterinarians are attentive and kind. Their prices are very fair and the quality of care received is always worth every penny. We highly recommend this place to everyone! 10/10

We've been bringing our kitten Willow here since we got her this past summer. We recently started seeing Dr. Molly white. We absolutely adore her. She has the best bedside manner and she's always available to answer questions, emails, or any concerns we ever have. We recently had a spay surgery and had a bit of a complication. Dr. Molly has been nothing but caring. Consider it and available. We highly recommend this office and Dr. Molly. Our little Willow's doing great. She's healthy and she's thriving and part of that is due to the excellent care we get at northlake animal hospital they're kind, they're compassionate, and they will do anything to make sure that your pets are well taken care of

My cat has been seen here twice under difficult health situations, and each time, Dr. Baker provided excellent care. I was impressed by how quickly we were seen and how attentive he was to all of my cat's needs. Each time I’ve called, they were able to get us an appointment right away. Prices for care and medicine were very reasonable. Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone seeking quality pet care, and I will always return here whenever my fur baby needs attention.

Ollie and I love this place! Been here several times now, once being an emergency situation. Everytime the staff have been quick, knowledgeable, and kind. The facility is very clean and the staff are great at handling my large dog. We had a lot done today and I was shocked at how quick they were. We got all shots, routine tests, refills, and solved a paw problem. At our previous vet, that kind of visit would've taken at least several hours, but they did everything in about one hour. We highly recommend this place!

Absolutely do not take your pet here. The office staff is completely unprofessional and communication is horrible. They have a chain of clinics and it seems as if they really don’t care about your pet; overall class and quality of care is lacking. The Veterinarians are very inexperienced. They sneak treatments in that do not need to be done and the staff gets combative/defensive when you question them. I’ve had the same experience both times that I went. I gave them a second chance because I think everyone deserves a second chance. Please save your time. Communication is horrendous. They do not send out boarding updates such as photos or text messages which most pet parents like to have.
