Cumming Veterinary Clinic

When I lived in Cumming and was a client of the clinic, I always felt like I was getting the best care possible for my pets. I even used Ann Williams as my petsitter. Ann has always demonstrated exceptional care and compassion for all of my pets (dogs and cats). She handled my cat very calmly even when he needed to be medicated and was fractious. She is a true asset to your clinic and if I ever move back to the Cumming area, Cumming Veterinary Clinic will be where I take all of my pets again!

I have been using Cumming Vet Clinic for close to 30 years and 4 dogs. I love working with Dr. FitzSimons when my dog has an issue as he does an excellent job describing the issues and resolutions. My current dog had malocclusion when I got her, and he helped me through the steps needed to resolve. She is a perfect pet now!

I really wanted to just leave a comment about this clinic, I was watching a friend's puppy, I noticed she was acting really off and completely different than normal. My friend rang up the clinic and they were ready for us the moment we got there, I can absolutely say their professionalism and knowledge and kindness was an absolute comfort during such a scary time. Thanks to them and getting the puppy in asap, she made a full recovery from aspiration pneumonia (which is really scary btw).

I am so grateful for the expertise of Dr. Fitzsimmons, caring for my 13 year old lab, Addie. Since being under his care for over a year now, Addie has thrived as she has aged, due to Dr. Fitzsimmons knowledge and compassion for aging dogs. I am so much more confident as my girl ages, knowing he is so attuned to her body and changes she goes through. I also appreciate all the money he has saved me from needless tests because his depth of knowledge in senior dogs is so precise. Thank you to all of the staff who so lovingly cares for my beloved Addie!

we have had five dogs patients of dr for simmons for twenty five years .Although i believe he is a good doctor stay away from this practice.Brandi his office manager is rude the office is totally unorganized and after twenty five years called both myself and my husband liars.They also withdrew 105.from my my debit card when i took our dog for grooming stating that it was for no shows and i cancelled appointments.We spoke with Dr .Fitzsimmons he said his office staff thought we were rude which is false and that they booked my dog for grooming every two days via text and robocalls.I called multiple times alerting them to the problem but Brandi said I was lying. Why would we lie about receiving multiple calls weekly for grooming.Also the prices are way up charged from industry standards which i recently discovered.The fact is that we trusted this practice with our dogs our family not only did they overcharge us but their office staff lied to cover up their inaccurate and horribly run office.No use in complaining because the office manager Brandi is the vets wife .I a contacting the bbb and the american vetinary society. After trusting them paying them thousands and thousands of dollars we are heartbroken. Also my dog was spayed and Dr Fitzsimmons knicked her kidney which had to be removed his malpractice insurance paid but my girl lost a kidney unfortunately because of him . Run far away from this practice .Inregret thinking he was a good bet and more importantly a good person they lie to cover up their inadequacies
