Cumming Pet Urgent Care

Great experience! We just took our older dog in because he’s been limping for several days, and we didn’t want to wait until Monday to make an appointment with our regular vet. We made an appointment in advance and were seen quickly. The tech was kind and explained the pricing up front. The vet, Dr. Orton, was gentle and thorough in examining our dog and explained options for treatment.

We got the absolute best care at Cumming Pet Urgent Care! The staff there took beyond amazing care of our pup and kept us in the loop with every option for him and us. They are extremely friendly and knowledgeable on everything we needed at the urgent level we required. Would highly recommend this staff for any urgent vet needs.

Cumming Pet Urgent Care is convenient to schedule an appointment with, has very convenient hours, and most importantly took excellent care of our dog when he was ill on the weekend. Staff was knowledgeable and kind and the cost wasn’t off the charts either. Grateful they were there to help our pup start feeling better.

The folks here are fantastic. We had to run our pup in for an issue with his eyes. They were quick to get us in a room and Dr. Childs came in shortly after. She took such good care of our baby and even got more testing supplies delivered while we waited so that she could give us peace of mind of what was going on. She put a treatment plan together and I'm so grateful for kindness and skill. Happy to say our little man responded quickly and will be right as rain in a few days. I can not recommend this clinic enough. We are beyond happy that we have them in our neighborhood ❤️

Absolutely fantastic care! When our dog needed urgent attention over the weekend and every other vet was closed, they stepped in and went above and beyond. The staff and vet was incredibly compassionate and knowledgeable, ensuring our pup was comfortable and well taken care of. We’re so grateful for their expertise and dedication during a stressful time. Highly recommend this vet office for after-hours care! **Edit** This was our second time at Cumming Pet Urgent Care, the first time with our dog and now with our cat, Pickles. After returning from a weekend away, we came home to find Pickles had diarrhea and had vomited. Unsure how long he'd been sick or what he might have gotten into, we brought him in to see Dr. Childs. Dr. Childs was, once again, amazing! She performed a thorough physical exam that reassured us he was going to be okay and walked us through several treatment plans that fit our budget. Thanks to her care, Pickles recovered quickly and was back to his usual self the next day. We’re so grateful for the compassionate and professional care we received. Highly recommend!
